On occasion we ask for additional services and he does them without the need for us to provide excessive guidance or instruction. We can and do rely upon his professional judgement and are not disappointed with the outcomes.

+ -1 moreGene has mowed the lawn and trimmed the grass on a bank at at our vacation rental for more than six years. In addition we have had him clear brush and, in the winter, plow as needed. His work is excellent and we can rely upon him to do it without excessive direction from us. He adjusts his schedule depending upon how quickly the grass grows so he doesn't mow if there is no need for it. - a money saver for us.
