I am so disappointed in this vendor who has been unresponsive to my requests to fix gutters that do not work, rain overshoots and is causing extensive foundation damage. After one attempt to reconfigure gutter, which did not resolve problem, the vendor has been dodging me. Not honoring warranty of workmanship, totally unresponsive.
Description of Work: New gutter/downspout installation after re-roofing building.

Unfortunately, the issues here are associated with the homeowner's direction to channel all the gutters into a single downspout location where they planned to put a catch basin to reuse the water. I strongly cautioned against doing so indicating that during heavy rain a single drain point, even at the largest downspout diameter available, would not handle the volume of water and would back flow through the system, which is exactly what happened. As to being unresponsive, that's simply not true. I came back on my own time and cost three times to try and rectify the problem, including trying to convince the owner to abandon the single drain design, which they refused to do.

Very well. Job was thorough, fast and the crew was personable.
Description of Work: Remove all existing gutters, several of which were in bad shape. Replaced them with seamless gutters. Examined the roof and said it was in good shape.

Description of Work: I used Tinman to replace the gutters on my home. When the job was being estimated I was explained why a specific gutter type was suggested, and that I should wait to see the performance of the new gutters before adding an additional product that they could have charged me for. | |Tinman had other work before me and gave me an install date about a month after the estimate. The weather and other jobs created a delay in the installation. | |The installation went smooth and the price was exactly what he quoted even though there was a little additional work. | |When completed they removed all of the old gutters and material. | |These are professional, courteous people. I would use them again.
