+ -1 moreIn the past I had used him and he did a fine job and was prompt. A couple of years later I used him again and he did a very poor job. He was not prompt, and very expensive. I had recommended him to a couple of people, and he did not show up for either of thier appointments. I am very disappointed in him. I would not recommend him again.

+ 0 moreThey responded to my email promptly and they were professional about keeping in contact. They also picked up the hot water heater for me at a big box store, and were understanding when it was not there when the box store said it was supposed to be; just went back again without charge. Came and did the job as scheduled, were very pleasant.
Description of Work: Installed geo-thermal hot water heater.

+ -1 moreThey were responsive, came as scheduled. I said I would leave the door open and forgot, but they came back again without complaining. However the faucet still leaked when they were done. They came back without complaint, but this time it was fixed but it was very tight and more difficult to regulate than it was before the repair. I didn't pursue it further. They were always polite and friendly, but I wouldn't use them again. It is possible that the cost was also higher than I said (don't remember exactly), also date.
Description of Work: Fixed leaky shower faucet.

+ -1 moreTheir labor price was good. Parts and antifreeze are what drove up the cost but that is not something that could be helped. They were knowledgeable, polite, courteous, gave explanations and overall it was an excellent experience.
Description of Work: I needed two new parts. It turns out that I should have had a backflow preventer but instead the main water to feed the boiler was just shut off. With that being shut off and the boiler water/antifreeze dripping from the feed value it was allowing air to get sucked it. So, they replaced the old feeder, added a combo value, checked for leaks, checked the level of antifreeze, installed 5 gallons of pink antifreeze into the boiler system and purged. Let the heating system circulate for 1/2 and tested level of antifreeze. Cleaned up and removed old antifreeze.
