They did everything in a timely matter and got good results. Very good to deal with.

Mid-State was referred to us as a good small-town company. John, a technician, and Bennett, the owner, came over and addressed the outside of the house. Then they came inside and sprayed for the ants. The work was satisfactory, and that is not the reason for my review. Bennett showed me where they were going to spray, throughout the house. I was in the kitchen while they were spraying. John did seem really interested in the objects throughout my home and commented on almost everything. It made me uncomfortable, but I decided to trust them anyways based on the recommendations I had received from others. Almost immediately after they had left, I was feeling uncomfortable and decided to do a walk through of the house. I had had my wedding band and diamond ring located on my dresser when they arrived, and they were gone! I called the police. They said they would send someone over immediately. I called Bennett after the cops, advising that the cops were on their way. Bennett agreed to come back over and I heard John in the background say "F*** that, I'm not going back over there." They did both end up coming back, after what felt like pulling teeth. The police did a strip search and didn't find anything. There had been plenty of time between them leaving my house and coming back, to drop off the rings. I received a police report, John was called into the station a few times for questioning and he lawyered-up. He refused to take a polygraph and there has been no resolution to my case. I since found out that John has had a suspicious past, per Bennett. However, Bennett continues to employ John to this day. I warn against hiring this company.
