+ -1 moreI was told that glass cutting was only done on certain days; I placed my order and was told to expect a call when it was ready the following week so I could pick it up.The price seemed high, and the wait time was disappointing, but I really needed to repair my window. No one called the following week. When I tried to call the next week, I was unable to reach anyone and the business voice mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. Eventually I purchased my glass from another business: it was cut to order while I waited, and the charge was roughly half of what Catskill Glass quoted. I'm not sure why anyone would use this business--I would never consider buying anything from them, or recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I ordered a pane of glass for a broken window (by phone); I gave measurements and described my general needs.

+ -1 moreWe now have a piece of glass that is non-usable. They said they would "work out a price" for a replacement and never called back.
Description of Work: Disappointed in product. Expected that the company would make the best recommendation based on the need I described and what we purchased totally non-usable.
