Masonry , I’ve been in the business of masonry work for 30 years. I was taught by an old stone mason. I take pride in my work. I work harder then most. My list of things related to masonry that I do include : patios, walkways , foundation repairs , retaining walls , stone fireplaces and so much more. I included some pictures in my profile.
This company is a fraud. He (Mike Nemier) was supposed to repair my concrete pool and it looks like nothing was done at all or even slightly worse than before. He charged at least 6 times the cost of his materials. His hourly rate is well over $200 but he claims that is ok because a "doctor isn't going to charge you an hourly rate for heart surgery." Mike has a doctorate in bulls***. He only takes Venmo or PayPal so he can rip his "customers" off. Avoid at all costs.

[Member Name Removed] is the fraud!! Do the job and then has buyers remorse. Thinks you can resurface stamped concrete when others told him no. Called my doctor office to see if I had kidney disease. He’s a stalker. Stalked my Facebook. Look hard and long and called my lawyer in another town. All my customers have been happy except this con artist. I take all types of payment. As you can read below of all past customers he the stalker is the only one complaining. He called my doctor!!! Hippa laws weirdo. I had to leave work and sign a Heath release to this stalker!!

They estimated it would take all 3 days of Memorial Day weekend. They arrived 3 hours late on Saturday because of crowds where they were purchasing supplies. Two adults and two teenagers worked 5 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday. They also installed a drainage pipe, which was a separate job. The old sand, soil, and weeds were removed from between the stones, but the stones were not lifted and stone dust was not installed. Gator Dust was installed between the stones and sealant was applied. On Tuesday, May 28, I contacted them because places looked like the sealant hadn't been applied there. The answer was that it needed water, which would happen when it rained. On June 1, I contacted them again to say that there were spots which were still just sandy. They finally responded on June 11 to say they would see when they could look at it. Five weeks after the completion of the job they still have not come to look at the problems. They are also doing business as Cultured Stonescapes.
Description of Work: Walkway repair. Original stone walkway was to be lifted, stone dust installed, original stone reinstalled, and Gator Dust installed in joints. Then sealant was to be applied.

I’m sorry you feel That way. We did a beautiful job. I also told you about your ant problem. You didn’t want to use a pesticide to kill them. Hence the reason why your seeing a few weeds coming through. The dry sand was extra sand on the side as you can see in your picture left there to help keep grass away from walkway. Homeowners have to help with the process I told you politely about your ant problem. Lemon juice or whatever you were gonna use to keep ants away will not work. I can build you a patio perfectly but it’s not my fault if you let a car drive over it. In other words take care of the ant problem and weeds won’t come through.

Michael was on time, professional and detail oriented. It was good to see that he took as much care to complete the project as I would have taken, had I done the project myself.

I would highly recommend Cultured Stonescapes. The concrete around my pool was over 30 years old and now it looks AMAZING after being painted with special concrete paint. The stone patio/walkway looks awesome also. They were honest, professional, reasonably priced and very dependable. They showed up when they said they would be there and got the job done in a timely manner.
