+ -1 moreShane came to look at the project, warned he could not do it for months, which I expected, promised to do an aerial evaluation and supply me with a quote, and then never sent the quote or responded to any further calls. If someone cannot or will not do the job, I'd rather be told no up front than lied to and blown off. Too bad.
