Joe Nemeth, the owner, was very knowledgeable and took the time to share that knowledge with us. He clearly explained our options, gave us fair estimates, and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He answered all our questions promptly, whether by phone or email. On the day when the work was actually done, he and his team arrived on time and worked hard all day, despite the cold weather. They were very friendly and professional the whole time -- a pleasure to do business with. Joe really does offer a responsive, 24/7 service. When we had a question about our water about a week after the new equipment was installed, Joe came to our house on Sunday morning to check things out. We appreciate Joe's expertise, honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices, and plan on using his company for all our water supply needs in the future.

They did great work and were so friendly. I would use them over and over again for any of my well needs.

They were very prompt, personable and helpful. They came and did their estimate for free. I really liked them but the quote was pretty high and it was not work that we needed.

I cannot say enough great things about Joe. He is the only honest service provider we have come across. After buying our dream home we have been hit with one thing after another. We have ran into so really dishonest guys (got completely ripped off by Michael's Plumbing!) Woke up one day to no water, called Joe who was able to accommodate me at the time I was available. Got the problem solved in less than 30 minutes. He replaced the control box to the well pump and only costed $200. After thoroughly checking our well pump, he did warn us that the pump will have to be replaced soon. Gave us an estimate and did not call us to harass us about doing the job. While Joe was there, we were complaining to him about our water quality. He performed a free water analysis and changed out our water softerner filter at no charge. (We had another guy come prior to Joe just to take a look at the water softerner. He wanted to charge us $250 for the water test and a new filter). Once we were ready to do the repair, we called Joe who came back out right away and did the job. He even credited back the $200 we paid him on the previous service call. He warned us that due to stirring up the well, there may be some extra sediment coming up the system and we might have to change our filter in the water softerner. My husband is not very handy and tried to change out the water softener filter and ended up creating a big mess. We called Joe who came out within the hour (on a Saturday night nonetheless!) and fixed it right away. He didn't even charge us for the call! I insisted as it's only fair, we are not looking for freebies. It's great to know there are still service men out there that take care of their customers and are not out to squeeze every last penny out of you. Thanks Joe!!

well, I learned alot. My 3yr old proudly showed me a green bendy pipe he had pulled from the ground. After he learned that was not a good idea to do, i called my wife we just became members. We did not even know how to log in. I called the 800 number in the welcome e-mail, and I was VERY Pleased with the service for, Angie's. I got several well/service companies in my area. Old Faithful was the first I called, and first to call me back. his rating was high and he has been in business for years. I set up an emergency well service call. I thought my son had ruined the well-head. They would be here next day 10AM. I spent the afternoon digging up where the pipe had been. my kids thought this was great fun, and enjoyed making a small mess into a very large mess. I began to realize this was not the head but a vent which was broken. Told it was simple to fix, but it looked to me like it was above my paygrade. next day, Old Faithful pulls in RIGHT ON TIME, and I introduce the culprit of my situation. Chris(ithink that was his name ) jumped into the hole examined the pipe. "easypeasy" he said and got to work He replicated the old vent, cleaned the massive amount of dirt that had collected below the broken area. He additionally slipped in chlorinetabs to disinfect any dangers. He swaeted on the repair, ad my kids filled it in. ery pleased with the service,and work preformed.

Joe was prompt, professional, and thorough. We were very pleased with the experience.

They were very pleased with the installation and quality of workmanship. It only 2 days. It has not rained too much so we cannot really tell how effective it is.

Called first thing in the morning and he came right over. I had water back by noon.

Our well died. We used a local (regional) search site and got three immediate calls. Two were bogus and Old Faithful Pump was the third. Polite and played no games on the phone. He understood our needs came back in a day and completed the sump pump change at the well. Found extra problems and notified us and came back for a second pressure related issue that was not part of the original job and handled it quickly at no charge.

I did a search on the internet for a local plumber. I found Old Faithful and decided to call them. I spoke with the owner (Joe) and told him my problem. He then said he would be over within an hour or so. He diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and system with me. He then gave an estimate and began working. I was both assured and confident that I had chosen the right plumber. I now recommend him to friends and family. I found him to be down to earth and personable.
