Actually, the plumbing service was really for my daughter. I looked for her. That was good. I want to have a new toilet put in. That's what the whole thing started out. He was very nice. He lives close by. I’m holding off and I’m putting a new toilet in. My daugter said he was also very nice. My daughter used him. I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a price. I want to know if he does that and he said yes. I said I would think about it. I told my daughter that he seems very nice. My daughter called him. From what I gathered, they like him. He came over. He fixed something for them. I don’t think if it’s been repaired yet. I was there when he came. I talked to him on the phone but I met him in person. Like I said, the work is incomplete.

Mario is very polite and followed up on everything he did for us. First Mario checked what the problems were with our water and we decided to go with a new water heater. He also checked the kitchen faucet for problems and it was decided to go ahead with a new faucet. I now have wonderful pressure in the shower and kitchen and I am very pleased. Mario was always on time, even early. He followed up consistently and I would use him again.

Mario returned our initial call very quickly, and came to the house the same day to assess the work to be done. He responed promptly to all of our questions and concerns. When Mario performed the repair he explained everything to us in depth. He didn't even mind our barking Cocker who insisted on looking over his shoulder as he worked! ;0)

Mario was very punctual. He was proactive, knowledgeable, he fixed the problem despite it being a Holiday weekend. The prices were very reasonable and Mario followed up with us to make sure the problem didn't persist. He also suggested improvements and referred other providers for major well work as well

I left a message for Mario early in the morning before he opened and he called me back right away. He fit me in before the first job of the day which was awesome of him. He came over, identified the leak source, and spent time instructing me on many different aspects of household plumbing, which I am brand new to as a first time house owner. He arrived before he said he would and charged me a discounted rate for first time service. I called the company late on 4/8. Mario (Molino) came to our home to review the situation and provide an estimate on 4/9. The repairs were completed on 4/14, which was a day of our choosing. What impressed us the most was Mario's responsiveness as well as his professionalism. He spelled out his recommendations clearly, and performed the repairs, etc. in a timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased, and feel that we have now found OUR plumber going forward.

Purchased a Big Deal with Molino Plumbing. Mario phoned the same day as the purchase and came several days later to see what was needed. We then made an appointment to complete the job. He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job. I would definitely call him again.

I contacted Mr. Molino based upon Angie's list reviews because my FORMER plumber was not available. I say "former" because I am so pleased with Mr. Molino, his knowledge and his work, that he is now the person I will go to first if I have future plumbing problems. The issue was that the kitchen faucet in my rental house had broken off. Mr. Molino arrived when he said he would, totally addressing the problem and even taking a photo to send to me. (He did this unasked by me to do so, so it was a very thoughtful gesture on his part.) However, during the course of Mr. Molino's first visit for ONLY an estimate on the faucet, my tenant also showed Mr. Molino the septic area that, despite being a new system with new fields, still appeared to be having problems. Mr. Molino and I had already discussed those issues, so he knew about the septic's history. After seeing the area, Mr. Molino suggested to me that the cause could be one or more running toilets. Now, this might not appear remarkable, but no one - not my now-former plumber, his associate who only snakes drains, the person who installed the new septic, nor the company that emptied the septic (and wondered why it was filling up so fast, given that it was a new system of 1,250 gals.) - had EVER suggested that the issue could possibly be a running toilet. I did some research and EVERYTHING I found indicated that, yes, a running toilet could cause havoc with a septic system. So when Mr. Molino asked whether I wanted him to test the toilets, I agreed. Upshot? Two of three toilets were running, and he fixed them, having asked me first for my okay. I am now hopeful (I don't want to "jinx" it) that the septic problems are fixed, (time will tell,) and had it not been for Mr. Molino, I am certain they would have been ongoing. Now, because of Mr. Molino, they may well be things of the past. Let me add that, in mentioning the running toilets, Mr. Molino may have dealt with a possibly related problem with the water softener's salt consumption as well. Let me again say that Mr. Molino was the ONLY professional who asked about the possibly running toilets and, by doing so, he may have saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and headaches and agony galore over the septic. If I could rate him "A+," I would!!!

I have used Mario for a couple of years now for various plumbing problems. He is a true professional who is always here ahead of time, always contacts me right away when I leave a message on his website asking for service. One of our old toilets had an extremely poor flush and he recommended a new Gerber Viper toilet which he came to install this week. What a great toilet. It flushes extremely well. He is neat and tidy and explains everything he is going to do before he does it. Great job Mario! I would not hesitate recommending him to anybody. He is very fair and honest and I appreciate his attention to detail in everything he does.

Mario was very professional and did excellent work. He was explaining what he was doing and gave some really good advise on how to prevent future problems. He was very personable and knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and heating issues. I would highly recommend Mario, and will call on him in the future for any project that arises.

It was great. Mario diagnosed the problem and gave us solutions to help us save a little money. Came back the next day, fixed the leak (as well as several other minor plumbing problems), and gave us some advice on issues for the future. Nice guy, fair prices, fantastic service!

Mario is very professional and personable. He is concerned with my budget and always tries to help me find the most affordable way to handle the situation. He gives me various scenarios, refers me out for complimentary services when necessary and he has even talked me out of work that he felt wasn't necessary instead of just taking my money. I was very impressed by his honesty and willingness to explain everything in a comprehensible way. I will call him every time.

Mario did a great job. He called the manufacturer to ask for free parts, and in the process saved us about $300. Felt that he was very upfront about costs and about giving us good advice about how to proceed. We would highly recommend to others.

The plumber arrived early, which was fine by us. in total he was at our house for about an hour. He cleared the clog; which was beyond the trap and into the wall, installed a new drain pipe and trap, and tested it a few times before calling it "fixed". As always he was very courteous, up front with everything he discovered, and went over what he planned to do before hand.

Sent Mario an email on Sunday with the particulars and no need to rush. Emailed back he would be there Monday between 9:30 -10 and he was. Reviewed the issues and emailed and called with what need to be done and provided a written estimate. Appeared again on 9/10 right on time and an 1 1/2 hours later was done and on his way. Cleaned up after himself and took away the old toilet, etc. We have been using Mario for several years with never a problem. We have recommended him to friends and neighbors who have had good experiences as well. When we are ready to do the new plumbing in our kitchen he will be called, no question.

Mario is the ultimate professional. He requested a photo of my leaking faucet so he would have all the right equipment for his visit, and after seeing it, told me the faucet might still be under warranty. He recommended I call the manufacturer. I did, and they had a known issue with the faucet and have a fix that can be done quite easily. I don't know of any plumber / plumbing company that would have handled the problem like this, without incurring the cost of a home visit. I cannot speak highly enough of how Mario communicated with me just hours after I reported the problem, and pointed me at a cost effective resolution. I will use Molino Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and highly recommend them.

Mario was great, he communicated very well giving us our options and explained things well. Someone could only be at the house a certain day and time and he was able to get the work done at that time, that was very helpful. The job was done quickly and professionally. He very honest and reliable.

Mario arrived prompt and prepared as usual and did the job well and in a short amount of time. This isn't the first time we have used Mario. He is our plumber of choice and we wouldn't use anyone else. He always calls back, is always honest about the job, fairly priced and does the job right. We highly recommend.

I emailed Mario when I discovered that my outside faucet was not working after turning it on post winter. He responded quickly and came over to take a look, gave me an estimate, and we set up a date time for the work. He arrived on time, performed the service and provided me some guidance about some future potential issues in another section of pipe. Mario emailed me the following day to make sure that all was well after I used the outside faucet to wash my screens. He is a pleasure to work with and his work is impeccable. I highly recommend him.

Mario was great! He came quickly, helped us pick out a new faucet, gave us a reasonable estimate, and finished the job in a timely manner. He was very accommodating about working around our schedule and even took the time to look at some other problems we were having with lack of hot water flow in the house, showing us what needed to be done to get those issues addressed as well. We will definitely be going to Mario for all of our future plumbing needs.

I have used Mario in the past and have always been happy. He's prompt, professional, and just a really nice guy too. He also follows up by phone the next day to make sure everything is OK. If only all contractors were so great!

Mario did a great job fixing our leaking shower, he was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. He took the time to explain all the parts in the cartridge, and how to replace it myself in the future, if I so choose. He also gave us about 5 pointers in our house from how to save on heat, to helping us prevent pipes from freezing. He seems to truly care about his customers. Highly recommend!
