When a water alarm under my kitchen sink sounded at 10 pm on a Thursday night I emailed Mario right away. He was at the house first thing in the morning to fix the problem. Mario is always professional and a pleasure to work with. I have relied on him for other work at the house and will continue to call on him in the future.

Mario came out on very short notice to inspect the job and provide an estimate. His estimate included a 'worst case scenario' in the event he ran into problems with some older faucets. The day of the work, he arrived early and did an excellent job. Also left the kitchen spotless, and checked up on the job the next day. We will definitely use Molino plumbing again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Mario was very communicative leading up to my appointment, promptly returning both text message and phone calls. He was on time for the appointment, courteous, professional, and also just a very nice guy. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way, taking the time to answer any questions that I had. He gave me some tips and things to watch out for in the future. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. We are first time homeowners and feel very relieved that we've found a plumber who we can trust. We will definitely use Molino Plumbing for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future.

Mario always comes early to complete his work. He is neat and checks all areas to ensure the best possible outcome. Mario did a great job adding a freeze proof pipe for the hose and he rerouted existing pipes.

Mario was very prompt in all his responses to us. He was on time for all appointments and courteous throughout. He patiently explained all steps of the process thoroughly - tank purchase, delivery and installation, cost - and was very professional from beginning to end. Some additional work ended up being required because the new tank was larger than the previous one, but the final cost remained within the original range he quoted. He followed up with us for several days after the installation to make sure there were no problems with the new tank. The new tank is working well at this point, and I feel confident recommending him to others.

The two guys Jose and forgot other's name,....were wonderful......They replaced the water line and pulled out the refrigerator so that I could clean behind and underneath.......They also checked my dishwasher to make sure there was no water leak that could be overlooked. I no longer live at 103 Fairway Drive........

Mario spent about 30 minutes at the house discussing various options to best address my concerns and he seemed knowledgeable, sincere and honest. It took him about two weeks to get an estimate emailed to me, which seemed a little excessive. Mario was apparently called out of town on another job which caused a delay. So far, we are still evaluating options and haven't had the work done yet.

Mario arrived early, located the outside leaking faucets and searched inside for turn-off valves. There were none, so he opened access holes in walls behind faucets and installed the valves and covered them with access panels. He was friendly, worked quietly and efficiently and left everything in a neat condition. The installation was not simple. It became complicated when Mario opened the wall and found that the water pipes running to the faucet were not the standard size. Mario explained that they should be replaced. I did not want him to open the ceiling in order to replace the pipe all the way back to its source in the next room. My options then were to disconnect and remove the outside faucet or for Mario to solder the two two different pipes. Mario felt that the age, dryness of the house and location of the pipes made it risky to solder them with an open flame. The third option was for him to search plumbing supplies for fittings that could join the pipes. He searched and found fittings. He arrived early the next 2 mornings to finish up the job and to assess a third unrelated leak in the garage, which he inspected until he located the problem. He stopped the leak temporarily but it will require further work. I will not hesitate to hire him to fix it. He is a serious professional who thinks through the problem and offers the best solution. He involved me in the decision making process and explained all the options simply and clearly so that I understood the problem and my options. I thought his price was fair, especially since it involved so much additional work and time to complete. I would definitely refer Mario to others. I plan to hire him for additional work.

Mr. Molino arrived promptly. He was courteous and clean. He impressed as highly competent and professional. He followed up with an e-mail to inquire if the work he performed was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Mr. Molino.

First, let me say that the price includes an $85 (or $80) charge because Mario showed up and waited for someone to let him in to do the work, but no one did - so, my fault on that. This is the second (or third) time I've used Mario, and, as happened on his other visit(s), his work, professionalism and mastery of his craft were in evidence. We have had an ongoing (overflow) problem with the septic, and, until Mario, we have been on a perpetual merry-go-round. Mario was the ONLY one of about five professionals I'd dealt with who was able to provide an incredible wealth of information to me that, I think (and hope,) has finally addressed the problem. Aside from his having discovered previously that two toilets were running, he suggested that there may have been a problem with the water softener we'd put in for our tenants. (He had also mentioned that a water softener with a problem is the #1 cause of septic issues, with running toilets being the third biggest issue.) And although the tenant thought the device was working well, I asked Mario to check it and, sure enough, there was a problem, which resulted in Mario shutting off the device. Mario also pointed out that the plumber who'd initially installed the softener had made at least one serious mistake by not installing a filter, and he made several other great observations that I will use in coming to a final decision on what to do with the device. On this visit Mario also inspected ANY and ALL other water-related devices in the house that potentially could have been adding to the septic problem, and he pronounced the house "tight." He also had thought that a toilet may have been put in incorrectly, resulting in a lopsided bowl, but upon inspection determined that was hot the case and that it was the tank that was lopsided and did not necessarily need to be adjusted, saving us money. I recommend Mario without reservation and am a completely satisfied customer of his. He thoroughly knows and loves what he does and is someone who, if he recommends doing something, I would take seriously, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." He's NOT out to perform unnecessary services, but only wants things to go as smoothly as possible, both when a problem has already occurred and in the future. A GREAT PLUMBER!

Arrived same day I called, corrected an issue a previous plumber had not been able to correct and appropriately disgnosed issue with faucet.

Mario has always been on time. He is very kind, has a calm energy and is a pleasure to work with. His work has always been clean and quality. I have never had issues with anything after he worked on it. What I like the most about Mario is that when he assesses the situation in my home, he looks at it from all angles and makes sure I understand all my options. He offers a few ways to handle the situation, always being conscious of my budget. There were a couple times I wanted certain fixtures or projects and he actually talked me out of them because they cost more than what was reasonable for the results I needed. He saved me a lot of money because another plumber may just have done what I asked and cost me a lot more.

I contacted Molino Plumbing through Angie's List on a Friday night when I discovered a leaking electric hot water heater. Mario called me on Saturday afternoon and came over to access the situation. The heater had to be replaced. Mario handled all the details and by Monday a new heater was in place. Mario is knowledgeable about his craft so he answers any questions with patience and thoroughly explains what is happening. He is methodical and meticulous while doing his work and leaves the area cleaner than when he started. He checked in several times to make sure everything was OK. From now on I will consider him my plumber.

Mario had made sure that it was the correct meter. He installed it. He checked every detail to make sure that the outside meter reading matched the inside. He provided pictures of the defective one and explained the cause. He's done a couple of other jobs for me. I always trust him to do excellent work from start to finish. His prices have been good. I highly recommend this master plumber for any plumbing need.

Mario responded to my voicemail very promptly and managed to fit us in his busy schedule, which was appreciated. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He told us what needed to be done, gave us all the necessary information to make our decision and the job was done promptly and without issue. Perfect! What is great about Mario is that he knows what he is doing AND he has great customer service skills (which these days are very difficult to find someone that has both of these qualities). He always followed up, either by phone or email to see if we had any questions and he even followed up after the job was completed to make sure we were happy. A+

It went well. The owner was punctual, did the work quickly, and checked in afterward to make sure all was working well. He came in under budget.

Mario was fantastic. In fact, his speediness in getting the jobs done might have actually worked against him to a degree. I thought it would take longer...but his craftsmanship and work ethic was apparent. I forgot how expensive basic plumbing work could be, and that was my fault. But he was incredibly responsive to my concerns and let me know how much work and preplanning went into the choices he made for selecting and buying fixtures. His fastidiousness and communicativeness at helping me understand what was involved was admirable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again. Triple A rating.

I first called Mario and left a message, but missed his return call, at which time he notified me that he was booked for the next 3 days but would be able to come on the fourth day. He asked me to email him the specifics. I did the next morning and also mentioned I was about to have out of town guests staying with us and needed the shower fixed as soon as possible. He called me right back and said he would try to get there that day and asked me what kind of shower sprayer I would like. A couple hours later he notified me he was on his way to my house. He quickly replaced my shower sprayer (with the one he brought with him) and then took the time to look at all the other plumbing issues I needed taken care of (but not till after my out-of-town guests were gone.) He gave me some tips to fix one problem on our own and also, took notes of what was needed to fix the other items in the future. He was very kind to squeeze me into his already busy schedule! He said he considered that an emergency that needed to be taken care of right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional and reasonably priced. We are definitely using his services again.

Mario responded to my email quickly and scheduled the appointment for next day. He arrived promptly. He was not satisfied with the fit on the flapper that came with the replacement kit so went out to get a different style. He made sure everything worked well and there were no leaks. Mario is very professional and takes pride in his work. I will most certainly use his service again.

Mario came out to look at the job the day after I emailed him and he sent an estimate that evening. He was punctual and professional and explained everything in detail about what he was going to do to fix the two problems that I was having. He even fixed a smaller problem with my mother's bathroom toilet while he was there. He came back two days later to do the work. His work is meticulous. I was very pleased with the way he left the bathrooms neat. He will be completing a larger job for me in the laundry room, putting in emergency shut off valves for my washing machine in the near future.
