I have used Mario for several years and he is the go-to plumber for household repairs and installations. He recently replaced a kitchen faucet. He is professional, always on time (usually early in fact), and is completely dependable. I went through a lot of plumbers before I found the gem and I would recommend him to anyone.

He came and went right to his work. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He's very good.

We made a call to Mario at 11:30pm on a weekend during the freezing "winter bomb cyclone" when we lost heat and hot water. He called us back two times to discuss the situation and then made a 3am visit to our house. He correctly determined that it was not a problem with the water heater but instead a Con Ed issue with a frozen meter outside that prevented gas from getting to the house. There were Con Ed workers already present in the area for other people's problems. He stopped and spoke to them about our issue before leaving our area. Then he reached out to us several times in the immediate hours afterwards to ask what Con Ed's progress was with us was. The following evening he also again reached out to follow up. This thorough communication is consistent with the last time we used him - Mario always follows up. We were charged for an emergency call and had no issue with the bill because if someone shows up at your house at 3am, you should expect to pay for that. They just aren't always as polite and helpful as Mario is.

Mario was very professional and responsive. He came for the time we had arranged, He did the work promptly and then looked at the other potential plumbing needs I may have in the future. He also followed up to see if everything was working as expected. I will definitely be using Mario in the future for additional plumbing work.

mario came on time and did a great job fixing the problems. he was more than willing to come out to the house as soon as possible, and even checked back with us several times after he left to make sure everything he did worked out perfectly. it did! i would highly recommend mario for any plumbing issues you may have.

Mario did an excellent job of explaining the problem and fixing the leak. He was very thorough in finding the leak and patient. We really enjoyed him and look forward to using him in the future. Very good. We have used Mario Molino Plumbing on numerous occasions. Mario is extremely pleasant, competent, honest and fair. Takes his time to diagnose a problem and make sure it is repaired correctly. Provides knowledge to the homeowner to try and prevent future plumbing problems. Very important, Mario always returns phone calls promptly. Mario even returned a phone call to us when he was on vacation and provided me instructions on how to deal with a plumbing issue until he returned. It went great -- he did a clean good job -- if I had to complain was that he did not remove the debris left over from the repair -- but the repair itself was done promptly and well!

Excellent Mario researched detail related to the installation of system to ensure everything was correct which was very impressive. In addition Mario reviewed the room where it was installed and offered recommendations on options for placing the equipment to maximize the space of the room. As always with Mario there were no looses ends or corners cut---outstanding craftsmanship. Mario is a wealth of knowledge and always has valuable recommendations on issues he observes in the home.

As always, Mario showed up exactly on scheduled time and did a thorough job that was in-line with his estimate. After finishing the job, Mario always checks in to make sure the system is working up to expectations. The quality of his work seems excellent and he takes time to explain the job before and after finishing it.

Excellent. Mario is very professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Talked me through the entire process of what he was doing.

First of all, when I called Mario he called me back within five minutes! Mario fixed the pipe and so far, so good- NO leak! He even text me twice after the work was done to make sure everything was o.k. I have already spoke with him about a future project. If you hire Mario you'll get someone who is dedicated and cares about the work he does.

Mario was on time or a bit early for each visit, and he was very thorough in diagnosing (if needed) and taking care of the problems/tasks. He is extremely capable/knowledgeable with respect to plumbing, and he did each job we had quickly, neatly, and for a reasonable price. Thank goodness I've found a local, skilled, honest, and personable plumber!

We bought two bathroom faucets in case he was unable to clear the existing ones. Happy that he was able to do so . We returned the faucets and saved $400. We are very happy with the kitchen faucet.

Mario came over within two hours of my contacting him about the water problem. He assessed the issue and determined that the sewer pump needed to be replaced. He provided a detailed estimate for the work and as soon as the part was received, we scheduled the installation. The work done was excellent and Mario ensures that even small details are taken care of, like taping the electrical cord so it is not a trip hazard and securing a pipe, that was not part of the project, to the wall. Mario is honest (work came in under budget), reliable and a pleasure to work with. He followed up on two subsequent days after the job was complete to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend using Molino Plumbing.

Mario made two visits - first to review what was needed, and to let me know that the old faucet was badly rusted, which might complicate removal. He provided an estimate, and reviewed the replacement faucet that I found from an online supplier. After the initial visit, communication very good - primarily via email, telephone as needed. Actual work was performed on-time and within the estimated price. I think he went "above and beyond" getting the old, rusted faucet removed without any complications. He was very thorough and patiently answered my (several) questions during the installation. All floor areas near the sink were covered before work started; cleanup afterwards was complete. The new faucet went in smoothly, and works great - will continue to use Molino Plumbing for my future needs.

Molino's Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Mario returned our phone calls in a timely and professional manner. He arrived on time (or early) and explained the work that needed to be done, and an estimate, so we could make an informed decision. Mario was knowledgeable, dependable and a pleasure to work with. He even told us how to save a great deal of money, so instead of getting extensive plumbing work performed, I spent a few dollars at the hardware store. That advice was very much appreciated! Excellent! Mario called me back promptly and arranged to come over to look at the job and give me an estimate. ( I had called another plumber who didn't even bother to call me back). We discussed the best way to run the line, whether through upstairs or down, and based on measurements and ease of acces we both decided upstairs would be best. He promptly sent me a written estimate, and contract, after signing we set up a date for the job. He confirmed the day before the job and was there promptly on the day we agreed. He was polite, knowledagable and efficient. He finished the job in a few hours, which was the timeframe he indicated, and then made sure that everything was working properly before he left. Because the ice maker took some time to start making ice, he followed up serveral times via email and text to make sure everything was working fine. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job, big or small.

We have used Mario for many years and his service is always consistent. He always arrives early after calling beforehand. He is honest with his quotes and won't try to sell you on something you don't need. We had a leak in one toilet and when I called at the end of the day he came the next day (we had shut off the water so it wasn't an emergency). That particular toilet was old and needed replacing so he had to order the toilet and come back again. We also asked him to look at two other toilets, which just needed parts, and to fix a stoppage in a bathroom sink. His work is always good and and he always follows up afterwards to make sure that there are no problems. He is professional and polite in his manner. This particular visit was up t the same standards as prior.

Excellent! The new toilet is great - the old one barely flushed and the new Gerber is attractive and functions perfectly. The outside faucet had an old screw stuck in the mechanism and Mario figured this out and was able to repair the faucet instead of replacing it which saved a couple of hundred dollars! Mario arrived early, did a beautiful job and cleaned up very nicely.
