Description of Work: Service quote requested. Mario Molino called back within 24 hours and stopped by the same day for a free estimate. Mario also took the extra effort in contacting the town's water department. I did not use Molino due to other reasons not related to Molino. I recommended Molino to other friends in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: They scoped a pipe for us that was clogged. The actual repair was beyond what they were hired for because the scope ended up not revealing much because of back up murky water. We were trying to identify what was obstructing the pipe. They attempted to flush the pipe, but it still revealed nothing useful. The eventual repair was performed by another company more familiar with the plumbing system. But Molina was professional and succeeded in determining that it was not a different cause for the obstruction.

Description of Work: Mario replaced an instahot, kitchen and bathroom faucets.

Description of Work: Mario is always a great help to us in our new home. This time around he ran a cold water line to our new fridge's ice maker, with a convenient shut off downstairs. He provided us more space in our basement half bath by moving the sink and cabinet closer to the adjacent wall, also by turning the toilet 90 degrees. this made our tiny half bath less claustrophobic.

Description of Work: I have used Molino Plumbing in the past and when my friend asked for a plumber I gave her his name and number. She had what she thought was a small problem and called Mario on 2/22/12. He said he would be able to come next Tues., but then called her back to ask if he could come the morning of 2/23, which he did. He went over all her questions and it turns out she doesn't have a small problem, but a much larger one. He took the time to show her each part of the problem, why it had occured and the options she had for repairing it. He did some minor things to assist the immediate problem and asked her to do some things over the next two weeks. After that time she is to call him and based on what she tells him he will do either Option A or Option B. She was most pleased with Mario, his personality, his willingness to answer questions, explain what he was talking about, etc., etc. She felt comfortable with him and his price.

Description of Work: Our tub was backing up. My husband took out the drain, cleaned it and tried to get it back in to no avail. Plus the tub was still draining slowly. Called Mario, over the week-end, explained the problem. He asked if we had another bathroom and whether or not Tues. would be OK He arrived on Tues., said my husband did it all, things looked clean, suggested a plug type drain and all this for just a smile. We will be calling him again to service our air conditioner and work on our kitchen as we remodel it.

Description of Work: I hired him to take out and install a new insta-hot faucet. He first estimated $285.00 but he only charged me $275.00

Description of Work: We had a leak in two places under the kitchen sink, which were fixed right away. Mario removed all the pipes and replaced them, as well as the drain in the sink.

Description of Work: My problem was with the well, but as I did not know where the well was located Mario could only diagnose the problem and suggest a specialist who had the tools to find the well. As he checked all the plumbing in the house I asked him to repair a toilet which he did immediately. He was very efficient and cleaned up perfectly.

Description of Work: Replace two ball and cocks, tighten sink stopper, check out screaming noise in toilet, check out faucet that needed washer, but was unmovable, check out leak in central air conditioner pipe.
