He replaced drains in the bathroom. He piped and replaced existing drains in kitchen plus connection for dishwasher and fixed our water pressure problems. Also put shower faucet back on. He is a hard worker and very pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Our sink faucets and drains have never worked so good in our kitchen since the day we moved in 35 years ago but Mario solved the problem by repiping and redoing the setup! A vast improvement! Mario was thorough, neat, prompt - very professional. He evaluated the various issues I was having and recommended solutions. Due to my heavy work schedule, he offered to pick up the faucets and sent me pictures and options for approval. After the work was completed, Mario followed up for several days to make sure that things were okay and to see if I had any questions. He made it easy on me to get the work done that I had been putting off for awhile. I have already recommended him to a friend who is in need of a plumber.

Mario is incredibly thorough and attentive. We had been discussing putting in a new water filtration system. Mario came by and looked at our current softener and filters, which were no longer working. He put us in touch with a local water testing lab so that we could best determine what new equipment we would need. After reviewing the test results, Mario also spoke to the people at the lab personally to make sure that they were on the same page. Mario then recommended a new filtration system and provided multiple price points with his estimate. He ordered all of the necessary equipment and fit the installation in around my work day. He was incredibly accommodating and I did not have to rearrange my schedule at all. Nor was I ever with out water during the installation. After the installation was complete, Mario explained everything and made me aware of things to look for and how to replace the filters myself. He labeled everything for me, as well. Over the course of the next two weeks, Mario would contact me to make sure I was still satisfied with the work. Mario is incredibly professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I would not consider calling anyone else for my plumbing needs.

This was the third time that I have hired Mario for plumbing work at the house, and he's easily become my go-to for all plumbing work. I highly recommend him. He is a consummate professional: very quick to respond, extremely courteous, provides clear written estimates, does high quality work, and is very neat and respectful of your home. I was gutting an existing first-floor full bath down to the subfloor and studs and turning half of the space into a mudroom and the other half into a half-bath. Mario checked out the work that I needed done, and I had a written estimate the following day. On the day that the work was scheduled, he arrived promptly, prepared the work area with drop cloths, etc and set to work. All of the work was completed in the timeframe that he had estimated it would take, and came in on the low end of his written estimate.He is a fastidious worker, and takes great pride in his craft, and it shows in the work that he does. If you need a plumber, you really can't go wrong with Molino Plumbing.

Mario returned my original telephone call promptly and gave me a reasonable date and time to look at the problem. (Leaky faucet in kitchen.) He arrived early for the appointment and was waiting there when I came home. He asked a few questions and started working right away. He was clean and neat and professional in the way he worked at the sink. He was thorough and gave me some instructions regarding what to look for after I had used the new faucet a while. He texted me later in the day to see how the new faucet was working. I haven't experienced that kind of special attention to details in a long while! Mario Molino had fixed our shower a few years ago and we never had a problem with it afterwards. I don't expect to have any problems with the original leaks under the sink now that he has fixed those. If you need a plumber who returns your calls, shows up on time, each time, and does good work that lasts, call him.

Mario was extremely responsive to communications. He confirmed the appointment the night before and actually called in the morning because he was running early and wanted to know if it was okay to come before the scheduled appointment. He made the repair quickly and spent a lot of time making sure the repair wasn't leaking. He checked out the water heater, made recommendations for replacing it, and gave us recommendations for updating our heating system.

Went really well. Mario was extremely responsive from the outset, beginning with the initial diagnosis through to resolution. What started as a concerning issue involving a leaky toilet and staining on my kitchen ceiling proved (at least so far) to be a fairly simple problem to solve. Mario's visit was first just to diagnose the issue. He was extremely thorough and took the time to review a number of other fixtures in the home offering advice and simple fixes all along. When we agreed to fix the toilet upstairs Mario again arrived on time and quickly replaced all necessary parts with no mess. Even better Mario followed up several times afterwards via email to check on the toilet making sure we weren't experiencing any of issues that originally led to my contacting him.

be the O ring or possibly a hairline crack in the cannister itself or the tracks in the plastic where it screwed into the base. He said to check closely the O ring for tears and if possible the cannister/cylinder itself for cracks. I did check for both possible problems and found a small chip at the top of the plastic cylinder. Mario told me to try the cylinder one time without the two replacement cartridges and see if I could get a good seal. He said the cartridges can always be trimmed if necessary. As it turned out, it still leaked even witthout the cartridges so as Mario suggested, I went to Best Plumbing and ordered a new cylinder. The chip had probably been caused by my overtighening the cylinder into the base. He said to tighten just by hand and try not to overtighten.. Mario freely gave me this advice over the phone without any payback for him. A very positive impression was created in my mind relative to his professionalism and his desire to demonstrate customer satisfaction. I would definitely use him for any future plumbing job. Mario responded to my call same day, gave great recommendations on how to have replacement fixture provided by manufacturer, and was at my home within a few days to install a new fixture. I decided not to go with replacement fixture from manufacturer because this was the second faucet I've been through which was having the same problem (leaking from inside handle). We decided to go with a hard water faucet, and I am very happy with new fixture (cost of installation above includes the price of this new fixture). Mario had new fixture installed within an hour, and stuck around to make sure there were no new drips. Got an e-mail from Mario next day following up on installation--I've never had another contractor do follow-ups the way Mario does. He's very thorough, and always concerned about the quality of his work. I highly recommend Mario's services, and would not even consider using another plumber.

He came to my house, looked over the situation and even answered my questions about other plumbing concerns. He gave me a price for what I asked him to do but suggested that I could get along fine without additional plumbing work, the solution I chose. I offered to pay him for his visit to my house but he would not take a nickel. Highly recommend.

They were excellent and professional. They were very clean, and careful when they were taking the old toilet out to make sure that it didn't leak out on the carpet or anything.

Super helpful over the phone. Talked me through the issue I had at home. Spent at least 15 minutes with me. I was amazed that this kind of customer service still existed in today's world.

Mario returned my call promptly ,came and gave us an estimate and did the install the next week. He provided all materials and equipment, and a very good toilet that met my needs. Mario is great. Reliable and punctual. I had used him before for a kitchen sink and bathroom sink repair and was pretty confident he was the guy to get. As usual, his attention to detail and concern with customer satisfaction was superb. 1. Toilet: I needed a toilet replacement to install an ADA height toilet in the guest bathroom that is used by my elderly parents. Mario came twice to measure the space, gave me several options with estimates, ordered, delivered and installed the toilet all form about $400. Good work and solid. 2. Waterheater installation: I didn't have a water heater in my home. My hot water ran through my oil burning furnace. I hated the setup and the coil for the water heating was also going bad giving me only luke warm water throughout the house and cold only downstairs. He assessed the problem and suggested we bypass the furnace entirely (which is what I wanted to do anyway). We found a spot in a downstairs closet that would fit a water heater (had to order an especially narrow one to make it fit). He installed in the closet and ran all the pipes to the spot. THis process took two days. After that, he emailed and text me several times in the next 72 hours to make sure there were no leaks showing in any of the new pipes or the water heater itself. The piping, labor, water heater, and all was a bit pricy $1500, but it would have cost the same to have the furnace disassembled and reassembled and now I'm away from that oil burner in the summer. Very happy. Use this guy. He is trustworthy and very good.

It is as he claimed and the messages were found in my junk folder. I have update this to reflect and support his contention.

After being without power for almost a week after Hurricane Sandy the power was restored but no water was flowing. As luck would have it it was Sunday afternoon. I called Mario figuring I'd leave a message hoping to get a call back Monday. Within a short period of time Mario called me back I explained the problem and told him what steps I had taken. Long story short he was at the house in about a half an hour on a Sunday!!! While he was diagnosing the problem the power went out again and Mario kept on working - we finally agreed he would come back Monday morning to continue trying to figure out what was going on with the lack of water. Mario showed up as promised early Monday morning and after some more testing figured out the problem and fixed it. During the diagnosing he explained what he was doing and why and gave me tips on how to handle some problems that might come up in the future. Mario as usual came to my rescue during a period when the storm had knocked out power and created havoc not to mention that there was a fuel shortage. Of course Mario checked with me periodically over the next couple of days to make sure things were going well with the repair. Molino Plumbing & Heating is definitely the most professional, reliable & honest company I have used since moving to the area in 2005. Mario always looks for the best way to get a job done he does not just look for ways to make more money. He is truly concerned with the problem at hand and that makes him a great asset. I wish there was a higher grade than "A" to give Molino Plumbing.

I contacted him and he phoned back. He also gave me an email address to use. We had a little trouble agreeing on an appointment time. I would have liked quicker appointment, but then again, it wasn't an emergency. When he did come, he was early and stayed as much time as was needed. The follow up apppointment took place a few weeks later once he purchased the supplies.

Mario is very honest. He doesn't do any work that doesn't have to be done. He comes right on time and does his best to accommodate you. He is very professional and personable. He really knows what he is doing. I will definitely call him any time that I have a plumbing problem.

The install went great - even though I supplied the neutralizer tank Mario came out before the scheduled install to take a look - he also read through the manufacturer instructions, realizing in advance that some additional (not so common) fittings were needed he spent some time tracking them down. There was a small problem with the tank and even though Mario hadn't supplied the tank he got on the phone with the manufacturer and worked things out.
