+ 0 moreMatthew came up with a plan that was very expensive to implement. He drew up another plan that was submitted to the Department of Health that was supposed to be less expensive. The Department of Health wrote back asking a series of questions in September 2011 and he did not respond to the questions. I called him for a number of times from September 2011 to March 2012 and he did not call back. It took him 5 months to come up with a plan and he did not follow up to get it completed. I found someone else to complete the job.
Description of Work: I hired Matthew to come up with a design for my septic system in April 2011.

+ -1 moreHE WAS DIFFICULT TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH, HOWEVER WE USED HIM IN THE PAST AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS EXPERTISE IN THE FIELD. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME AND RESURVEY OUR PROPERTY AS WELL AS STAKE THE PROPERTY BASED UPON THE MOST RECENT FIELD MAP.
