 + -1 moreExcellent! John is extremely thorough. He spent almost twice amount the time in the house we were purchasing as the "average" inspector. He evaluated every nook and cranny and crawled into spaces we didn't think a person could even get in to! He provided a thorough and detailed report in less than 48 hours and gave us several tips to increase our energy efficiency, which is another area he specializes in. John is a former contractor and also experienced with home restoration/renovation, so he knows his way around older homes. He provides excellent service at a reasonable rate and even comes to the final walk through at no additional charge. We highly recommend John!
