Johnson's Tree Service

I would recommend Johnson’s tree service to everyone! I know that there a lot of great, hardworking tree service professionals out there, but having worked with Johnson’s I can say that they are simply outstanding. Prices were competitive with other quotes that I received, but Johnson’s was incredibly responsive and timely on all phases of the work, from initial quote to scheduling, to completion. Even more than that, the work by Tucker and his crew was simply fantastic in terms of removing large trees and protecting everything else in the yard and cleaning up the job site to PERFECTION! Thank you!!

Rachel the phone receptionist was very nice and respectful and made sure the delivery was quick. The wood was delivered while I was still at work so I did not see the poor quality of wood I received until the next day. I only got 1 cord of wood because the price was higher then I have ever paid. I received rotted,green, and 1/3 of the wood was kindling, pieces that were not split. I called them to express my dissatisfaction and never got a call back. I finally called their emergency number and got Mr. Johnson. He was rude when I explained the quality I wood I received and even called me STUPID!! My mistake was I should've spoke to some of my neighbors prior to my purchase and I would of known how "dishonest", " rips you off", " doesn't care what he delivers to you"

They did a terrible job. They cancelled three appointments. They were supposed to deliver on a certain day and nobody showed and nobody called. I called a week later. They rescheduled and didn’t show up then. They eventually dropped off the wood literally like 7:30 on New Year’s Eve. The issue was it wasn’t seasoned at all. It was not at all what I ordered. It was brand new wood and was unburnable and wet. So I am here with unburnable wood. We didn’t find out until an hour before that they were delivering that day. They missed three appointments and didn’t call. Then they showed up rather randomly. The real problem is that I didn’t get what I paid for at all. They should deliver what they offer and sell what is paid for. Somebody did answer the phone.

They are wonderful people. The price of the wood is very reasonable. The wood is good quality and burns well. The service is excellent. They always come when they say they are going to and they are very quick and efficient.

It went very well, they came and they left with no incident, friendly and polite and confident in their work..they cleaned up their work without being asked ...and explained what would be done and how....which makes you feel a hundred times more confident. I've used them before and I will again , and I recommend to anyone who wants an honest to goodness decent company who by the way was the best price all around and I did check several companies. He is the best! I have used him for five or six years. He delivers the wood and I split it myself. I would tell people that I have had no problems, at all. When he says he is going to deliver his product, he does. He is reputable enough to tell me to just pay him when I get a chance, which I usually did within two weeks.

They were efficient, fast and their prices were good. I was real pleased with them. I called a lot of people after the storm and and frac34; of them didn't call me back. These guys not only called me back, but when I probably got prices they were definitely the cheapest. They were also the best. They followed up and did all the right stuff. I will use them again in the future.

They do a good job. I thought they were fair. They are a good solid company. They were very responsive.

Service was prompt, completed quickly and well.

He arrived with robust looking equipment and 5 workers. The wood chipper ate up branches that appeared to be 6 or 7 inches in diameter. The tree trunks were cut into logs about 10 feet long, put in a dump truck and removed in one trip. I got the impression that was well planned and done in a highly professional manner.
