small appliance repair
+ -1 moreI have a front loading washing machine and it kept turning itself off in the middle of the cycle. I contacted Jason and found him to be very personable and professional. He was able to give me an appointment within 24 hours. He was right on time. I found Jason to be quite knowledgable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. A part did need to be ordered. Jason gave me the option of ordering the part on my own or he would order it for me at a reasonable price. I opted to order the part on my own and Jason gave me the part number and specific name of the part needed so it was easy to find. Once the part arrived, Jason came back quickly for installation. His price was fair. The service was reliable and Jason came across as honest and trustworthy . I would definitely use this company in the future.
