I'm not too happy with them. Every year they raise prices on everything. A dollar here and a dollar there. They don't tell you. They just put it into your bill. I've been with them for about 20 years. The phone, cable and internet service is $141. It's getting too high. I'm seriously thinking of going over to some other provider. They're fairly on time. They show up within the hour and give you a call. There is no surprise knocking on the door.

The tech that came was able to connect the phone and Internet, but he disconnected three of our TVs at random, connected the "IN" wire to the "OUT" connector and left! We have an appointment scheduled for SATURDAY and they kept calling today to say that our appointment was for today. WRONG!
Description of Work: Although my bill is paid on time each month, their tech came down our driveway yesterday and disconnected our cable, Internet and PHONE! My husband was home at the time and tried to go out to ask him what he was doing, but he left too quickly. We called the company and were told that our house wiring was "leaking" and causing static. The phone reps said they had no idea why we weren't informed and on an online "chat", the rep admitted that the problem was NOT caused by our home wiring. What bothers me most is that we were told my THREE employees of Comcast that they regularly drive around and point a device they call a "gun" at homes to see if their wiring is causing static. I realize that they have the right to try to find people who are stealing cable services, but a simple call to the office would have proven that we are PAYING customers who need to have the right to dial 911 if we need help. I resent the invasion of my privacy. My home is 500 feet from the nearest road and has another home in front of it, so they would have to drive down a private driveway to even point their device at my home. Evidently private property signs mean nothing.

They are okay. Their customer service is terrible. There was one nice lady and she was very helpful. She knew what to do and knew what to tell me what to do. The next time I called, I didnāt like the guy at all. He was just very rude. The internet is average. Itās good. The cable TV is good.

They are absolutely awful. They have sent out numerous technicians and none of them have been able to get things done the way I want it done. I have not been able to get a land line. They do not hook-up the cable line to my TV. My telephone keeps going out. I need that for my alarm system. I would tell people not to go with Comcast. Their customer service is awful and they do not follow through. They will fix something and then it breaks again and then they charge you to come back out to fix it.

I feel that the customer service with Comcast is mediocre. We have had problems where they never call us back. I can say they are better than Verizon. We went to Verizon and then came back to Comcast.

I started using them by choice; I decided I would give it a shot, I moved to the house and just picked one at random. Their technicians are horrible. They came to my house 4 times to fix the same problem; four different people and it never got fixed. I am just very unhappy with them. Their price is about average.

It's about all we can get in the area. They are not great. They keep raising their prices. But I can count on going in there and watching a movie. I can count on bringing my computer up. The price seems high to me. There is not a lot choice there, other than just doing without. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They take care to make sure you understand what's going on. They are polite and have good customer service skills.

I have not had any problems with them. They did come out three years ago for repairs. I like the convenience and location. They are very reliable and responsible. If you have a problem you pick up the phine and call them. The technology customer service techs are there to help you.

It is what it is. It's adequate service but they keep increasing the price. When we had to have service, they were pretty helpful. There's no other choices in the area though. They're a good service. We feel the quality is good but not particularly exceptional.

I call them when they have different specials. I took off cable and I found that didn't make any different. I have been with them for several years. I would probable change if I had other options for cable. I have to call at least a couple of times a month to tell them I don't have service or something has gone wrong with one of the TV's. I wish they were more consistent. There are mistakes on the bill constantly. Barely a month goes by that I don't have to call them about something.

This was a horrible experience with something that should have been seemless. I called well in advance to book a weekend appointment. There wasn't one available so they booked if for the following Monday and promised a call back once they spoke with a supervisor and got approval for the Saturday date. Nobody ever called. They were supposed to arrange to port over our existing telephone number from the previous provider, but when they eventually cancelled the Monday appointment to replace it with a Saturday appointment (after my call back), they also cancelled the porting date. The technician who came to the house was courteous and professional. He gave us a "Make it Right" card that had a special telephone number on it to resolve our telephone number issue (he had to install a totally new number since the porting workorder didn't show up anywhere. When I called the special number, I was told "We don't handle that, you have to call Sales". We called the technician who gave us the card (and was also good enough to give us his cell phone number as well) and we eventually got a call back from the "Make it Right" person who didn't want to help us. It then took FOURTEEN MORE DAYS to get the telephone number switched to the number we have had for over 25 years!. This company claims a "customer service guarantee" and has a "Make it Right" program, but those are only titles that have no substance behind them. If I had to do it over again, I'd switch the other way and cancel all of my service with them and move to another provider for internet and TV.
Description of Work: We upgraded the Cable TV and Internet service at our vacation home in Killington VT to include telephone service, and ported over our telephone number from the previous provider.

I can't complain about the service we have received. The service is consistent and we haven't ever had a problem with it. I change every year or so to whoever has the best price. Of all the ones that I have been with, they have been the most consistent. They saved me some money by giving me a bundle pack with the internet and phone with my expensive cable that I have. They are pretty good, anytime you have problems they are very responsive. The quality is fine.
