Description of Work: They were on time and fixed the problem. Other than a little cleanup we had to do, everything was excellent.

Description of Work: It went great. We had had our dry well (as large as a small cesspool) and cesspool pumped repeatedly during 2013-2014, and the dry well just kept filling up. We asked that company to treat both pools chemically, and they kept making excuses for not having the right substance on the truck, and then charged us for putting in something that was clearly not going to work, and didn't. At that point I called Citywide, and spoke to someone who was very professional and knowledgeable. They made an appointment for the next day or so (this was not an emergency), and their guy came, pumped out both pools, treated them chemically, and aerated the soil. It was expensive -- about twice as expensive as the other company -- but it worked, and we are now getting close to six months and both pools are draining properly. We will certainly use them again, preventively, probably this summer.

Description of Work: They pumped two cesspools, aerated the surrounding soil, and added sulfuric acid. It was pricey but worth it: now three months since that treatment, we have had no difficult with either pool, and prior to it, we were having to pump every month. Very professional service, both on part of senior person in office to whom I originally spoke, and of man who did the work.

Description of Work: I had a nasty sewage backup in my basement with sewage percolating up through my basement bathroom toilet and shower. I called Citywide at 8:20 pm, guy was at my house in 20 minutes, through a torrential downpour no less. An hour later he had cleared the line AND cleaned up the nasty toilet and floor with bleach. I had no expectation for him to clean up that mess. With an online $20 coupon the bill was just under $200. More than fair. I would definitely use them again. Professional service and a nice guy.

Description of Work: Came on a Sunday morning to give a estimate for a sinkhole on my front lawn, The gentleman called at the time that the answering service said he would. And also arrived when he said he would. By the next day Monday morning 10:30am my problem was solved. They arrived by 8:00am with backhoe, a dump truck, and plenty of fill and a crew that knew what they were doing. digging out with the backhoe the found a colapsed cesspool that was never filled when new sewer lines were installed.They carefully worked around the new line to fill the old pool and not damage the sewer line while packing down the fill. Also In starting the job it was necessary to remove three slabs of sidewalk and reinstall them to finish the job. A job well done in a timely manner and at a fair price.
