Description of Work: I had asked them to come out and give me an estimate and paid them the $50 estimate fee requested prior to coming out. My contractor noticed that a few i.e. 3 or 4 shingles needed to be replaced on one of my rental homes because a tree limb had brushed up against them. I was figuring perhaps a $200-$300 repair, but unfortunately, it didn't pay for him to do it for this price. While I understand, I wasn't expecting this kind of a price for such a nominal repair.

Description of Work: replaced leaking flat roof material with polyester rolled roofing system above a single car garage; resurfaced with silver roof coating flat roof of 14 X 20 dormer. Brian Bonell came and gave an estimate for the work. He was polite and professional. He said the decking was in good shape; that was the case when his crew came to do the work. estimate given April 30. Crew came to lay the material on May 19. Very neat and cleaned up to my standards. Had one cosmetic issue with reinstalled vinyl siding that Brian came to make right very soon after I called.

Description of Work: I bought the $50 deal. The owner was very courteous and on time. I had couple of missing shingles on my garage roof. He came on time to inspect the roof, and sent his workers to fix it two days later. Great service for the price.

They replied quickly, identified and fixed a damaged slate area. Don't hesitate calling them. If work is required it will be done for a fair price.
