They were professional from the first phone call to completion of the job. They arrived the next day to review to work and the quote was in my email that evening. Followup questions were responded to in a timely fashion. They were flexiable with scheduling the work. They did an excellent job cleaning up after each days work (2 day job). Foreman on the job was also very professional and helpful. Since flat roof work is only as good as the warranty, we feel with the responsiveness and professionalism we are likely to be happy with the response if we do have any problem on this secion of our roof. After storm Sandy, I need a new roof on my home (insurance is paying, thank you) - I will use All Weather Guard for sure.

The owner dealt with each step of the way and was very prompt, reliable and clear in what he would be able to do. The work was performed professionally, except for a lapse in the clean-up stage when debris from the roof was not swept of the terrace. The repairs have held up well. I only wish there could have been a little flexibility on the price quote but in the end if the problem is solved that's the main thing.

Brian from All Weather Guard was a pleasure to deal with. He came and priced the job, answered a lot of questions I had about roofing and gutters and made sure the work was done on the scheduled date, despite that date being a week after Hurricane Sandy. The crews were prompt and efficient. All their crews are guys that have worked with their company long-term. They did a great job on the roof and gutters. Just a couple of issues: 1. Gutter installers forgot to install the screens, which I only noticed when I got up on a ladder to look at the work. I called Brian and he apologized for the oversight and installed them promptly. 2. They left a lot of the old roofing nails in the yard, but that wasn't a big deal. All Weather Guard is a local family-owned company, and they have been in business on Long Island for many years. I would use them again.

I found several shingles similar to the ones on my roof in my yard and assumed that it came from my roof. I got a quote from another company who said I should replace the whole roof for $10K. I knew I didn't need that kind of work, and sought other estimates and turned to Angie's list. Brian from All Weather Guard emailed right away. I spoke with him the next morning. They were at my place that day and said that my roof looks completely intact! I really really appreciate the honesty and promptness. They would be the first to call on my list when I do need repairs, and I already referred friends to them.

I rate them higher than any other company that provided an estimate to me; their feedback was excellent. I liked their promptness, explanations and give and take on my questions and answers; they were very good. Brian was my contact with this company.

All weather guard responded quickly to our request for a roofing proposal and estimate. An appointment was set with Brian within a few days of my call. He came to inspect the roof, and where we had leaks, and discussed pros and cons of replacing skylight windows which were also leaking. He did not give a hard sell to replace them. He acknowledged they could be dealt with afterwards if leaking still persisted. Given the fact that it was an old roof and old windows, we decided to replace both at the same time. A Proposal was emailed to us the next day, with very satisfactory guarantees for the work and the products installed. We were also very comfortable with this company because they were appropriately insured. The process went very smoothly as far as ordering the windows and selecting roofing tiles. We needed to wait about 10 days for the windows to come, and as soon as they arrived, All Weather called us to make a date for installation about 5 days later. They told us the job would take 2 days, with installation of the windows first, removal of the former roof, installation of the new roof and clean-up. A team of men came to remove the old roof, and were professional, experienced and courteous throughout. All the work was completed in. The 2 days, and cleaned up completely, as promised. They put a tarp down all a round the house to catch all the debris and nails. The entire process was extremely positive, and we were very pleased with the results. Brian came to inspect after all was done. We were very impressed with him and how he handled the project from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend All Weather Guard for roofing and related projects.

The company representative responded the same day as I sent my email. He came to my home the next day on time and was very pleasant. He looked at my repair problem and said that it would not be inexpensive to fix because he had to bring his men and truck in for a half day to a day. The actual repair was not complicated and I was further put off by the fact that he would not give me a warranty on his work that my leak would be solved by his work. He called later in the day, as promised, and said it would cost $1,400 to repair my leak. I thought that was extremely high and did not use this company to service my need. Very professional and courteous, but extremely expensive!!!!

AWG was prompt in meeting scheduled appointments from estimate, to arrival of work crew and estimated completion. The principals and work crew were courteous. responsive to inquries and emails, and professional. The work was hassle-free, and NO more leaks!

Bill's estimate was fair and he remained true to it. I would certainly consider hiring All Weather Guard again.

All Weather Guard Corp performed a full roof replacement on our single family home which included a high roof and lower roof that runs along the front of our house. The reason we contacted All Weather Guard is we had a leak in our roof where other repairs in the past were tried, but failed so we had a complicated leak problem. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and Brian called me back within a few hours. He then came out the next morning. We talked through various options for dealing with our problem and I asked him to provide us with two estimates - one for a leak repair job and one for a roof replacement . He emailed me both estimates within one hour of leaving our house. For peace of mind (and for the workmanship and material warranties), we decided to replace the entire roof and we were able to use an Angie's list member promotional $300 coupon. They did a wonderful job and the crew was pleasant and polite. They finished the job in a day and half and clean up was thorough. Work included removing two existing layers of shingles and installing an entirely new roof including felt paper, ice and water shield, shingles, ridge caps, new boots and flashing and also included removal and replacement of some siding along two roof rakes in the rear. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We would recommend All Weather Guard to others.
