Everything went well. Brian came over and give us a free estimate and was very professional. I followed up with several questions and he answered all of them quickly and professionally. On the day of the job, the workers were 20 mins late but Brian was proactive in letting me know ahead of time, which I really appreciated. The work was performed smoothly, timely, professionally and cleanly. The workers were very nice and professionally. Brian came over afterward to inspect and discuss the job with me, which I expressed I was very satisfied with the job and his workers professionalism. If the new skylights do not leak and have no other problems I would hire All Weather Guard again for siding my dormer next year.

Worked directly with Brian and I was impressed by his professionalism and how knowledgable he was. They are extremely responsive and provided a very competitive quote, explained the entire process, gave an estimated install time of under two weeks. We live in a tudor which adds complications due to the height of our house and the steep angles. Our work included removing three layers of old roofing tile and reinstalling the gutter guards. The job took about two full days to complete and we are extremely pleased. Our roof looks great and we would highly recommend to anyone.

Bill and Brian are very easy to work with. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. Their workers are the same. They gave me a new roof in one day. All debris was cleaned up before they left and I was left with a beautiful new roof to compliment my house. Overall and in the details, they were just what you would want in a company - efficient, prompt, completed all the extras I asked for, answered my tons of questions and they were always available to explain what was needed. A great team! and I would definitely recommend to someone else because I should not need their services for my lifetime because of the great job they did.

The company was very prompt calling me right after making the purchase and we scheduled the appointment for the next morning. They arrived promptly at 9 am. A person, I presume the owner, came in and I showed where an old leak stain was and wanted to check it out. I asked if he wanted to go in the attic to see if there was some sign of a leak but he said it wasn't necessary. He then said his son was going on the roof. About a minute or so later, almonst immediately from going up on the roof, the owner came back and said there had been a previous repair to the roof and would be a proposal together to replace some of the roof shingles. I asked how much has to be replaced and he just shrugged his shoulders. I then asked if the previous repair had failed somehow and he replied it was hard to tell. He advised me a proposal would be emailed and I received a $1000 estimate to replace some shingles ( still no amount listed like 10 sq ft etc), I do not think this service is advertised accurately. It is really an estimate fee. I really believed someone would walk around and see if there were any issues but that was not the case. I pointed out one area and that is where they went. Actually, I had had another area repaired at the same time a few years ago and since I did not bring that up with this contractor, there was not mention of it. Anyway, i would have appreciated some explanation or detail of the job. Why were the shingles being replaced? How many were going to be replaced... What was seen that could have possibly caused the leak etc.. Not getting any of that information, I do not think I would proceed with the repair they suggested... Very disappointed.

Excellent. Could not be happier. Brian was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His crew did a very neat and professional job. Didn't know Brian before this project but I will refer any business to them for anyone having work done. HIGHLY recommend. Our house looks awesome!!!!

I was very pleased with this company's honesty. I needed an estimate to repair a leak in my roof and not only did they come quickly but fixed my roof on the spot and didn't charge me for such a small repair!!!!! That is something you don't see too often. I will surely call them again for any roof issues.

When we had a question and needed some small work to be added, Brian replied immediately and came over personally to look at the work. Did not make first appointment. Second attempt, they quickly inspected roof but did not photograph area to be repaired (as indicated in ad). He needed to return to repair due to wet roof. He seemed to over charge for work, since he only flex sealed about 3 to 4 seams and still asked for $500 for the original repair. Got photos after work was done and after requesting them again. It seems it should have been covered by quoted credit without upcharge, but I didn't want to take a chance or delay repair of roof for my father so I agreed to pay the higher charge.

Brian was extremely professional and honest and told us that our leak issue was a plumbing issue and was not actually related to the roof or gutters. We were so appreciative of his honesty and for being the first professional to actually diagnose the problem. Although we need a plumber rather than a roofer at this time, All Weather Guard gained a future customer for when we do actually need to replace the roof. We will definitely be calling them again.

Brian is one of the most honest, efficient and capable professionals we have had do work on our home. Today he came, inspected and repaired the roof where it needed AT NO CHARGE, saying it only required caulking around the skylight and he was able to do that in no time. My husband and I rate Brian and his father, 5 stars PLUS. We highly recommend them. Really, they restore your faith in construction professionals!

All Weather Guard was very responsive and provided good value for the money. It is an example of their integrity that the $100 repair credit was applied to the stainless steel chimney cap, even though it was a new installation and not really a repair. My family and I have used them on several occasions to repair leaks and have consistently been pleased with their work. I'm confident that when I eventually need a complete roof job they will perform with the same level of quality and integrity.

We were disappointed with the results. In a section over an old roof, it is wavy in appearance. The shingles around the sky light ended with the shingle that is supposed to be underneath the next shingle showing. It looks sloppy. When discussed, they said it is the way it is supposed to be, but when we look at other roofs, it is done neatly.

There were leaks in the North-facing side of the roof where I installed synthetic (plastic) slates 5 years ago. It started with ice dams in a valley and progressed over the years to leaks whenever it rained. Brian proposed to make local fixes. I suggested replacing the entire North-facing roof which didn't get much sunshine. New synthetic slates approximating existing synthetic ones were found. They were installed with rubber water/ice shield throughout the North roof. One side of a skylight construct was replaced (wood) to preempt the possibility of leaks. The new side was protected by the same rubber sealing and proper flashing. So far, after the last rainy season, everything appears to hold. Obviously it will take a year or two of snow accumulation and ice thawing to see how this stands up to the weather. So far I am a happy customer. Service was professional. Brian and dad showed up at the day of the work to ensure everything went as planned. Debris was collected and shipped off.

I received 5 separate estimates for this job from Angie's list companies. Their estimate was the lowest and the quality level of the products and warranty was among the highest of the 5 estimates. I spoke on the phone with them and they were really professional and easy to work with. They worked around my timeframe and payment schedule, and were very responsive to my emails. They arrived on time to install the roof and were professional. They provided photos and an updated bill that I could quickly send over to my insurance company. I could not recommend this company any higher. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their price was fair, their quality was high, their customer service was outstanding.
