+ -1 moreOne year after moving into a house (my first experience with a septic system) we started experiencing problems with slow draining sinks, and odd gurgling sounds coming from the pipes. We weren't sure if the tank just needed pumped, or if there were larger problems. After calling a couple of other providers in the area (and getting non responses on if they would pump a tank, and when they could do it) I called Rivers over the weekend and left a message. They called back at 8 am on Monday morning, and said they could make it out by late morning. They were in my driveway by 11 am. The technician was extremely helpful and polite, examining the entire system, answering all of my questions, and explaining to me what i needed to know about the septic system; whether it had gone bad, or only needed pumped (luckily it only needed pumped) and how I could check it in the future without having to call them out. Overall a very pleasant experience.
