True Blue Cleaning Services

Though the price is extremely reasonable, run, don?t walk away from this cleaning service. I hired True Blue Cleaning Services to conduct a pre-move in cleaning. The employee was at my house for 6 hours, and I could not find anything that he actually cleaned. The toilets had film, the showers had soap scum, the doors had finger prints, the cabinets had food and hair. I ended up having to clean everything myself. And when I contacted the owner (Melody) to let her know my dissatisfaction to see if she would be willing to rectify the issues, she told me that because the cleaning had occurred 12 days prior to my contacting her, she was unwilling to do anything to fix my issues. Never mind the fact that 12 days after the cleaning was when I first arrived at the home, as the the cleaning occurred while I was away. True Blue Cleaning Services clearly does not care about cleaning or customer service. Do not waste your money or time.
