LaPalme Hardwood Floors

From the start Paul’s experience and confidence in refinishing our floors was apparent. While we were afraid that the floors couldn’t be salvaged, he saw the treasure we had hidden beneath years of neglect, dirt, and faded old stain. He dedicated time and effort into patching, replacing, sanding and clear coating the floors. The before and after are near unbelievable and the shock we get from visitors now about our “gorgeous floors” never gets old. Would highly recommend and use again for any wood flooring needs.

Paul was always punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job finishing our floors.He was done within his estimated time frame.He was very careful sanding around newly installed cabinets. We had an issue with a bad looking board that our contractor installed and told us it couldn't be replaced....that we would have to live with it , Paul cut it out and replaced it for us! He always gave us information on drying time and when we could walk on it , and tried to keep any inconvience to a minimum.Final care instructions were simple and easy. After further discussion with him, we found out we could have saved a lot of time and money if he had installed the flooring too. Eight days of installation is about what it took our contractor, Paul said he could have had it done in two. Lastly, he was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs! He played with them at our initial visit , and every time thereafter. We would highly recommend him without any reservations. He's honest and cares about his work being done correctly, something that's hard to find nowadays.
