+ -1 moreAfter a little mix up in location (we have 3 locations) they arrived and accessed the problem. My husband drove to the store and bought the new faucet and they drove and bought the seal and two faucet valves, our expense. They all arrived back and did the job quickly using the seal and the faucet. They did not need the faucet valves. Job well done.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet seal, and replaced kitchen faucet.

+ 3 moreHe did an excellent job with the fence. We had taken out a window to install a cat patio. When we took the cat patio out and tried to put the window back in we couldn't get it in. So he had his carpenter come in and fit the window back in for us. That was good. He also painted the side of our house because it needed painting. He has been in the area for quite a long time and has got quite a few references. He is a really good person. He does general things. He is actually the only person who has done things around here all the years we have been here. He would do just about anything around the house that we need. He is the primary person we call if we have any problems. He works with us when it comes to pricing. He once didn't show up for quite a while because he was really busy at that time.
Description of Work: We used Jo Jo Electric to build a safety gate for our pool to go along with the fencing around it. We didn't have a gate for safety purposes. He had a gate constructed and it matched perfectly. It looked like it came with the fencing around it. It was metal and it was painted white. He has designed and built our front porch, which is beautiful. He has also fixed a couple of faucet leaks in the house.
