Richard, from Up Top Exteriors, is excellent! I had a very large ice dam on one corner of my roof that had started to leak water through a window and into my house. I contacted Up Top Exteriors Friday evening and Richard emailed me that night. He was highly responsive. His estimate came in hundreds below competitors, too. We scheduled the work for the next day and Richard and Jerry (who is also excellent!) arrived 20 minutes early. The two went right to work removing the ice dam as well as all the snow from my roof and more ice. Richard even volunteered to check my attic to see how much airflow exists. He educated me on insulation and house venting (I’m a 1st time owner.) and gave me some options to fix the ventilation and the causes of the ice dams. Richard and Jerry did great work on a bitter cold day and I so appreciate it. Richard was honest and straightforward. He’ll be back in the spring to fix my roof issues and install a new window. It’s great to find a company you can rely on. Lastly, one company I looked into wanted to charge me $550 just to show up to my house - that charge doesn’t include any work. Plus, the cost per hour was $600! So, immediately I’d be spending a minimum of $1150. I highly recommend Up Top Exteriors!
