Bill showed up on time and was very professional. He pointed out potential problems we may have with the home we were looking into buying and gave us approximate costs to fix these problems. We were pleased with the down to earth advice he had and the same day inspection report he provided.

Bill did a fantastic job inspecting our newly purchased home. The inspection started outside, where he took photos of the property and made note of the condition of the roof, siding, and porch beams. He walked around the property with me, pointing out the condition of all outside items. This included the porch, foundation, chimney, A/C unit, intake and exhaust for the furnace, deck in the back, pool, outside outlets, water, and shed. Once the outside inspection was complete, he inspected the garage where he tested the GFI outlets, garage door opener and walls. Inside, he inspected the first floor bathroom - Checking the make sure that the toilets were strong and fastened to the floor and there was no structural integrity lost. Checked the sink and underneath the vanity. As well as the window. Moving to the kitchen, he used a thermo-detector to test the temperature of the stove, water, refrigerator and freezer. All were within the acceptable range. He then inspected the cold air returns, which were good, and then moved on to the fireplace, where he inspected up into the stack. Moving upstairs, he inspected all bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Finally, he inspected the attic - Where he noted that a professional mold mitigation team must have been hired, because the entire attic was professionally cleaned and then sealed with a mold sealant. The entire process took about 1.5 hours for a 1500 sq door house. Bill was extremely detailed, good with our kids, and spoke a lot of his own children and grandchildren. We will definitely be using his service again in the future.

Owner William was very friendly and able to put anxious homebuyers at ease. Very informative and willing to answer any questions either of us had. Gave us a detailed report of issues noted with the home, along with hard binder to keep everything together. He was also very helpful, giving homeowner advice about ways to improve insulation, and other tips to help them save money.
