Great, great service! After calling around to about 5 different plumbers in the area and getting no return calls, we went onto Angie's List and found Superior Plumbing. PROMPT service, great service, nice people to work with, and reasonable pricing. Angie's List works and Superior Plumbing deserves it's good reviews!

This was a complicated install because of plumbing configuration of the old dishwasher was entirely different than the new one. There was a great deal of removal of parts required before the new appliance could be installed. The installation took longer than anticipated but Superior Plumbing did a Superior job! Highly recommend!

I really can't begin to express how impressed I am with the service of this small company, as well as their professionalism and workmanship. From my contact with their receptionist/job coordinator through to the completed job, this crew was absolutely top notch!! I am only disappointed that Angie's List doesn't allow me to add several pluses after the "A" rating that I have given them. I am from out of town, but I was visiting my parents and staying at their house. While doing the evening dishes, the kitchen drain line clogged. Repeated attempts to unplug the clog were unsuccessful and, in the process, we discovered that we not only needed to have the line snaked, but the plumbing under the sink was so old and deteriorated that it required replacement. I chose Superior Plumbing Service based solely on their proximity and their rating on Angie's List, but we got so much more than we expected. I contacted them the morning after the clog, first thing, and they were able to work the job into their schedule for that afternoon. They arrived on time, performed the work flawlessly and professionally, cleaned everything up after the job was complete, and charged a very reasonable amount for their expertise and high quality results. With service, competence, and commitment of such high caliber, this company is a true keeper. I would recommend them, without reservation, to anyone in the area they serve. You really cannot go wrong.

They did a beautiful job on everything including fixing the Crane fixture in the guest bathroom to my satisfaction. The parts they provided were of the highest quality. They couldn't replace the Crane parts because they are no longer available, but they fixed the leak. The only thing not included in the quote was having to replace parts for reseating the toilet because until they removed the toilet, it was not obvious that the standing pipe the toilet was connected to was broken. That being said, their final cost was $1865.13, which is $385.13 more than they quoted and the toilet repair couldn't have cost that much more, and so I am unhappy with the final cost. I asked for an explanation of the increase in cost and gave details of the cost of all of the parts they purchased, but they did not answer this question. Because of this, the next time I need a plumber, I will probably try Meister Plumbing, who gave the lowest quote for this job. However, I may well use Superior Plumbing again. Their final cost was only, $165 more than the quote by Miller Plumbing and included tax, which the quote from Miller Plumbing probably did not.

It was a very good job. It was not what I was thinking that would be larger. The guy they sent out was very helpful, corteous, and kind.

He arrived a few minutes late after calling to let me know he'd be about more 15 minutes. The work was explained and showed with a video included as showing the location of the leak. All work was completed within about an hour at a reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again.

Prior plumbing was clugging and caused backflow leakage under the tiolet due to 2 90 degree turns, a slight backward slant at the bottom of the 2nd 90, and low water pressure/flow from the tiolet.

Quick response, on time and friendly! Was able to be there same day (although I was not). Will definitely use them again!

SThe service was outstanding. The service people were obviously well versed in their knowlege of plumbing and explained everything that they thought could be the problem before starting and quoted the probable expenses from the least to the more costly right away. Very friendly, very capable, business like and efficient. The cost was most reasonable as I was expecting it would be a more expensive job. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone. End of story? I have found a new plumber should I need one.

All went well. Plumber called as promised and came out later in the afternoon the day after we called, so quick service.

Work was done on time, and costs were fair and close to original estimate. Phil was prompt, easy to contact and work was completed in a timely manner.

Once you call him, he's very timely about getting here. I called him and he was here the same day. The next day he was back here with the toilet and the wood. He finished the job in like two days from the time I called him. His work is good solid work. He don't stand around talking all the time. When he's working, he's working. I paid him by the job but if you were paying him by the hour, I just got the feeling that he works; he works right along. He'll talk to you and answer questions and things but when he comes to the job, that's what he comes for. The toilet isn't top of the line but it isn't junk either. It's, like, middle of the road.

My children came home from school today to a flooded finished basement. Before leaving work I googled plumbers in Farmington, NY. Superior Plumbing was the first call I made. Phil answered the call, was in the area and was at my house within 20 minutes. They evaluated the situation, put in a temporary sump pump while they went to get a new one for me. They were back in less than 30 minutes and had the new pump installed in no time at all. They also installed an alarm to prevent flooding in the future. My insurance is not covering the damages so they brainstormed with me to help find solutions that won't completely put me in the poor house. They were professional, had a sense of urgency, and were affordable. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing!! THANK YOU!!

i called Superior on a Friday and on Saturday, Phil (company owner) stopped by to give us an estimate and suggestions about the quality of the faucets that would be installed. Phil then left to purchase the necessary fittings etc. and he and his brother did the work effectively and efficiently later that day. There was no extra charge for working on a Saturday, by the way.

I called Superior Plumbing early one morning to schedule an appointment for a quote. I was told that they could be out there in the afternoon. I told the owner that I wouldn't be home until later b/c of work. No said no problem and would meet me there early evening. Once the problem was diagnosed it was determined that it wouldn't be a quick and easy fix....which I had expected. I was told that he could proceed with the repair but we may be without water for the evening. We decided that it could wait until the morning. He showed back up mid-morning the next day and the replacement was completed. Overall, he made 2 trips to our house(separate days) and a trip to the hardware store. I thought the price was very reasonable for having to come back the next day. Very professional and polite. I also showed him another concern that another company had pointed out concerning plumbing for another system in the house. After a quick inspection he advised that it didn't need a repair. Very honest. By the way, the job was completed $40 less than the original quote.

The owner of Superior Plumbing was very nice and professional. He came on time for the estimate appointment. He returned soon after with a detailed quote, hand delivered to my door. I needed my whole house plumbed, and I thought his price was very fair. I ended up using a friend's son and his friend, who did it for cheaper, but, Superior Plumbing would have been my second choice.

They worked very quickly and did a great job.
