"Responded right away. Made an appointment for the next day Technician showed up and said the remote receiver was bad and removed it. Light and fan worked for one day. Next day stopped working again. I contacted them again and got a terse message saying “ you need a new ceiling fan” and refused to come back. My son looked at it and tightened the wire nuts and it’s worked fine after that. So I wasted $100"

Along with that they very fast and worked very efficiently! They had all the proper equipment needed to install the tv mount into the wall!
