RG Gutters

The work was done in a single day by one of the neatest group of workers I've seen. My yard was spotless when they left and the gutters look better than the old ones, are larger, and have many fewer seams. There are no leaks anywhere and all downspouts have long legs so water does not seep into the house. I couldn't be more pleased!

They did nothing because they never bothered to return a phone to let me know if they wanted the work or not. A simple phone to let the customer know doesn't require a lot of effort. There are plenty of other companies to hire on Angies list, I'd totally pass on this one. If they can't return a phone call I'd be very weary to trust this company actually performing work. BIG thumbs down!!

I called and left a message for RG Gutters and was contacted next day. We set up a meeting to review what needed doing. I was told, when he came to look, he was on a large project and would finish in two - three weeks; this was fine with me. Just over two weeks later, I was called and an appointment was set up for a day later. Workers arrived at 8:30 a.m. and work was finished in about 2 hours. The owner was personable and clear on what was included and every bit of planned work was discussed, including possible problems such as rotted fascias (none of these occurred). Price was as expected. Flowerbeds were not trampled, work was professional and looked fantastic. All my contacts with the owner (who did the work himself) were very pleasant and friendly, but highly professional. I am really happy with every aspect of the experience. I got compliments on the appearance of the work afterwards from family visitors. I would definitely go first to RG Gutters for any work I might require in future.

Assured me that work would be done before winter. Never showed up. No response to several phone messages.

The work was completed a couple of days after that. Suggestions were offered and followed through on and the job was completed the same day. Clean up was complete and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Bob showed up promptly to do the estimate which was very reasonable. We scheduled an approx. day for the installation and they showed up on time and completed the entire job in about 3 hrs. Very nice work, quality materials- no more gutter cleaning. RG Gutters was very professional and the yard was spotless when they left. And they give a 5 yr. guarantee against plugging up.

they were incrediable! they came built everything here did it in one day and were so nice and the quility of work is amazing, couldn't be happier!! I tell everyone to use them!

They fixed them and they're working fine now. If needed, I would work with them again.

They did a fine job. I'm waiting for them to come back because another problem developed. They said they would contact me and come over to fix a little glitch in the project he had done for me. I didn't seek out anyone else so I have no idea what the price would have been with someone else. He gave me a price and I thought it was fair so I accepted it.

We played phone tag a bit in the beginning but once we got talking, everything was worked out. They stopped by and looked while I was at work. Provided an estimate and then stopped by again one evening on his way home from another job and completed the work. I received the bill and everything was as expected. I would use them again for gutter work.

I really had a great experience with them. They called me back within 24 hours and was out at the house the following week to give me an estimate. Bob was very honest during the estimate and said that my downspouts did not need replacing and that there was no point in paying him to do so. He said they were 2 weeks out for current jobs and within 2 weeks, I received a call that they would be over to do the work. They did a great job and the bill came in exactly as what was quoted. They did such a great job that I recommended them to my dad who also had his gutters replaced by them.

THE OWNER CAME OUT BY APPOINTMENT AND DISCUSSED THE PROJECT. WE AGREED ON A DATE, TIME AND PRICE. HE CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT BY TELEPHONE AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB EFFICIENTLY,CLEANED UP THE AREA AND REMOVED ALL THE DEBRIS. THEY WERE PLEASANT, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Bob arrived as promised, greeted us, took measurements and started the job. He made adjustments for the poor quality work done by Kand A Contracting on the barn and the new roof for the kitchen window. He had to use a 6" screws to secure the new gutter since no facia was available to attach the gutter. He found a way to run the downspout between our floodlight so we would not lose the use of the light. He also extended the downspout under our decking to give us more ease when attaching an extension if we wanted. He used the exact paint used on the gutter material to touch up the cut edges then gave us the can to use to touch up all the scratches left by Kand A Contracting on the metal trim. Bob is very personable, takes great care in giving an excellent product, there was no evidence he had even been here except for our new gutters. This was an excellent experience overall and we highly recommend his company to anyone. If you want excellence, his company is the one to hire!
