 + 0 moreThey responded in a 2 day turnaround which was much better than some of the bigger outfits. Their price a little lower and i think the owner is involved in all calls. Robert Pugsley has many years of experience under his belt. After they left ., my door was not flush with the ground, so they came back out and replaced my drums with out any additional charge.
Description of Work: My garage door spring was broken.

 + -1 moreWe have been VERY pleased with the prompt service whenever we have needed it. We would highly recommend this provider for all of your garage door needs.
Description of Work: We had received service on one of our overhead doors in June and had a recurrence of the problem. The wire slipped from the "wheel" and the door would not open automatically. It was repaired the second time at no cost (the cost the first time was very reasonable).

Bob did everything he said he would in a neat and orderly manner. He cleaned up after the job and went over the operation of the unit. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend him to others.

 + 0 moreIt went great. Unit could not be repaired so decided to have a new one done. They came and did the work for me on a Saturday since week days was not convenient due to work and there was no way for them to get into my garage. Came and did the work when they said they would. And very professional and personable. There was a little glitch that somehow my neighbor ended up having access to my door. Every time the neighbor used her remote my door went up or down. I called them and they came right back out to fix it. I HIGHLY recommend them.

He estimated the amount of time needed to do the work and completed it to plan. I would hire Bob again in the future and recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Rep showed up to repair broken garage door spring. When I asked question about the cost of repairing the broken spring that they stated they could not obtain versus putting a new spring system on, the repairmen said, "why don't you call a Dalton Door company!", walked out of my garage and got into his truck leaving me and his assistant standing there. Extremely unprofessional. I am so thankful this happened before they did any work! Would never let them touch my property.
