Description of Work: 3 rooms shampoo and carpet deodorizer. $99. They called me immediately and we made an appt for 3 weeks out, perefect for me. I then had to reschedule for another week out and they had no problems. Took him 45mins to finish the job and my carpets looked brand new!!!

Description of Work: They did a great job, with very dirty and stained carpet.They were prompt and quite fast. I added on upholstery cleaning, as my couches had never been cleaned. I used them for the carpets last year, and would use them again.

Description of Work: The operations manager, Ross, performed this service call and was very accommodating and easy to work with. He managed to remove marks that I thought were 'bleached' spots as well as pet urine stains I had tried to remove with all kinds of retail and online remedies. When Ross left, I was very pleased with the results he left behind. |

Very professional, competant, careful of furnishings, arrived on time. They worked quickly. They did not vacuum first. I did not realize I should have done that.
