They did a terrific job. Our parents have pets, and there were a lot of stains and dirt in the carpets. When On the Spot was done the carpets looked incredible and the pet smell was gone. They moved furniture as promised, and placed protectors under the legs before replacing. The cleaner worked really hard, was courteous and careful, and completed the work within the time we were told. We will definitely use them again.

I wasn't too pleased. They did a decent job and followed up. He showed up when he said he was going to and scheduling. I wasn't happy with the quality of his service because he sent a very young man, probably in his late teens or early 20's. I didn't feel he demonstrated the level of competency in terms of what he was supposed to do and how he was supposed to use the equipment. They didn't do as good of a job as previous companies I've used. He didn't seem to pay attention. He didn't really apply himself; he was just going through the motions. I was expecting an expert and I got a kid that was hurrying to get done for the day. He was responsive but the service didn't live up to my expectations.

Everytime I have been so pleased with the company and the tech(Zach) they send out to do the work. Zach is clean,polite,efficient,punctual, and cares about doing a good job.My carpets look like new when he is done. I feel my home is healthier after On the Spot cleaners is here as they do such a good job steaming my carpets clean. They seem to have the best equipment and techs to do the work. I give them my highest recommendation and tell everyone how good they are to use. Anyone I have referred them to has been extremely happy too. A+++++++++++++++++++++++service!

I hired this cleaner service on a friend's recommendation giving them rather short notice.. "On the Spot Cleaners" were to clean all the carpeting in my home prior to selling my home. This included four bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, a living room and a den. The den was excessively dirty from spillages. When I returned home, I was thrilled with the condition of my carpets, as I had expected that I would have to replace them prior to a sale. They did an excellent job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area. Besides the excellent job, their prices were VERY reasonable. I will absolutely hire them again when I need a carpet cleaned.

The gentleman showed up 20 minutes after the appt. time. He did call to tell me he had done extra rooms in the job before mine and was running late. I am a stickler on this. If you commit to be at my home at an appointed time, you better be there within 5 minutes of that time--or have a better reason than trying to drum up more business on my time. He promptly went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion. However, he left my stairs VERY wet and did not take the time to wipe off the hardwood sides of the stairs. I asked when I made the appt. how long it would take for the areas to dry. The person I spoke with told me 2-3 hours. There is no way these stairs will be dry within that time. I have a fan running and all the windows open to help speed up the drying. I am surprised and disappointed at this service, since this company was recommended to me by Angie's List.

Communication was excellent, and the provider was punctual. The carpets on the whole were much cleaner afterwords, but I was really disappointed that some of the spots were even more obvious afterwords because the carpet around them was cleaner. I suppose it is extra for them to pretreat those spots, but I figured that would have been included, since it doesn't do much good to have the carpets cleaner of the tough spots just stand out more. The other thing I was surprised about was that when the guy came in to my house he did not take off his shoes or cover them with booties. I had just carefully vacuumed the stairs and the rooms and when he walked up the stairs and into the room to check out what was to be done he tracked dirt and mud all over what I had just vacuumed.

It was great. Easy to schedule and I got an exact time for the service. The technician showed up right on time and completed the job within 1.5 hours. He went over high traffic areas several times and moved all my couches/furniture in order to get underneath. I will have them out again next year for sure!

I work close to home and asked to be called before the provider arrived so I could meet him there. I was given an approximate time and the phone call came within minutes of the time promised. This made it very easy to keep my day organized. The provider was very professional and checked the areas to be cleaned. He helped me move a small sectional that was still in the room. He then asked for a water source, which I showed him. He worked efficiently and independently and was done in less than an hour. He verified that I was satisfied, cleaned up and left. The carpets were usable by dinnertime and completely dry by the next morning. Overall, a good experience. There were a few small, minor disappointments. The deal was for 3 areas. I wanted the family room (13x17). The stairs and the landing were considered 2 areas, even though the landing was only 30 square feet. I would have liked to have an adjacent area rug done as my 3rd area. Also, I asked if I could upgrade and have my sofa cleaned, but he stated he didn't have the proper equipment with him. This wasn't his fault, as I had not mentioned a sofa prior. Both very minor disappointments. All-in-all a great job and I will definitely call them next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I spoke to Randy at On-The-Spot to schedule cleaning after purchasing for $99 an Angie Big Deal three rooms of carpet cleaning and indicated I would like to expand on that and have all of the carpeting in the house cleaned. He agreed to that for the price of a second $99 coupon and scheduled the job for two days hence. His employee, Zack, extremely pleasant and courteous, appeared on time, did a quick but terrfic job pre-treating and steam cleaning all the carpets, and repeatedly asked if we had any questions or concerns about the work. No aspect of the entire transaction could have gone better, the carpets look great, and the price was more than fair for the services provided.

When he was done, it looked like new carpeting! I couldn't be more pleased, and I will definitely use On the Spot again.

I contacted On the Spot for an appointment, which was easy to do, since the owner was very accommodating of my schedule. The service person (Zack) arrived right on schedule and was very professional, personable and efficient. He cleaned the carpets without trying to sell me anything additional, which I appreciated. He also moved the furniture to clean, something other companies have not done. There were no stains, so I can't speak to that, but the carpets look beautiful! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

We needed them on an emergency basis since we were putting our home up for sale in Brighton and the realtors were sending a professional photographer to photograph our home .On The Spot Cleaners were there the next day. I can not say enough praise about what a professional Randy the owner of the company is. He was so kind. He sent Zach to clean our rugs. Zach was awesome. He was so polite and what a professional. He cleaned our rugs and went above and beyond. I wish everyone in the service industry had the work ethics that On The Spot Cleaners has. I think that Randy and Zach should be teaching "How To Run A Professional Business and How to Treat Your Customers" If all business were run like Randy runs his company there would never be any problems. We felt so blessed to have them in our home and have found them thanks to Angie's List. In todays world it's hard to find an honest and caring company that has the work ethics that On The Spot Cleaners has. The carpets look fantastic. I called Randy later that night because I had a question and he was so kind and polite. He explained about the carpet and everything he said is exactly what happened. His company does more than clean carpets and if anyone has other items they need please do not hesitate to call them. I wish I would of known Randy from On The Spot Cleaners years ago. They are an honest and caring company and will go above and beyond to do a excellent job and they stand behind everything they do. If we could I wish we would bring them with us to Florida. You will not be disappointed only jumping for joy because of the fantastic work they do and the pride they put into it and it shows. They are a true blessing.

excellent, went above any beyond. had dog vomit stains and wine stains. all are now gone. got dog hair and dust from around base board. best carpet cleaning experience ever.

$89 was what they charged for an emergency service, which was great. They just came very quickly and they didn't charge any extra to come for emergency service, and they did a great job. It was a nice guy which showed up. He was very professional. He was in and out of here in no time at all. Their fee was very reasonable. I thought their pricing was very fair.

Great job !! It had been 5 years since I had them done and meantime got two puppies. They were very professional, on time and the carpets turned out GREAT ! Would defiitely recommend them and get the again.

Bought a groupon for two rooms. He was late, but did call me, his truck broke down. He did not move the couch or dining room table to make sure all of the carpet was cleaned. He was unable to remove some spots--perhaps they were not removable, but he didn't seem to have any way but to clean again to remove the spots. It was an OK experience, but I would not call again.
