Very well. The owner contacted me in advance to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived on time(actually a bit early). Very friendly service and did a great job on the carpets.

Our carpets looked brand new after they were done. I plan on having them come back again!

It went great, took less than 2 hours, and the only thing I had to do was move out the end tables and vacuum really well before they arrived. I have used them in the past, which is why I had them back. A very good deal, great service, and professional.

This company is great. They cleaned an extra hall carpet as a beniegt. They also cleaned an oriental carpet that a different company fussed about. All the carpets are clean and lovely. I highly recommend this company.

I had a hard time scheduling for service had to wait almost 3 weeks to get on there schedule but they came when scheduled and did an overall excellent job

He was on time and efficient. The carpet looks fine, it wasn't in bad conditions with spots etc., just dirty from a lot of use and a dog that tracks dirt into the house. 29

This was the first time we used On The Spot Cleaners and could not be more pleased. They were friendly, respectful and very informative. Our tech "Ross" was a perfectionist and did a great job. I have lots of allergies and because of their Eco Friendly policy I'm hoping to be able to breathe so much better tonight! My husband and I will be recommending this company to our friends and family!

The service was good. Prompt arrival, friendly. The only ding that caused the "B" rating for Quality is that my carpeted closets were not cleaned. They really weren't dirty, but they are part of the room and should have been cleaned. I didn't notice until after the cleaner left.

The guy they sent showed up on time and was timely in the work he did. It was the first time I ever had my carpet done as I have always done it myself with a personal shampooer and I was looking forward to better results. Perhaps I expected too much, but I was dissapointed with how it looked after. When I do it myself I pre-spray any areas that look more soiled and will scrub any of those areas. They sprayed and then immediately used the shampoo machine. It was a quick in and out and I'm sure everything is cleaner, but there was nothing noticeable in visible improvement. I think next time I need to spend more and get someone in who is really going to work at the carpet. This seemed more like a maintenance visit for a carpet already in good shape that is getting regular shampooing.

Rug was very stained and they did a great job removing the stains. They were on time and very pleasant.

The service person arrived on time, was very nice, and efficient with the job. That said, the carpet was extremely wet afterwards and did not dry completely for a good 12-24 hours. And within days of the cleaning, ALL of the spots that were treated (except one coffee stain) were back. It was very disappointing. I would not hire this company again--I would have been better off using a spray bottle & spot cleaning the carpet myself.

Quick and efficient, they have always done a great job at a reasonable cost and I'm very happy with their service. I was especially pleased with their responsiveness (they schedule me every time within a week) and the knowledge they have when they come out to perform their service and they are always willing to share tips with me on how to clean stains and keep my carpets clean in general.

It turned out very well. They were very thorough and just did a good job overall from start to finish. They didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves, so they did a really nice job.

They were good. The items dried in a few hours. It worked out very well.

It took him approximately 50 minutes to do the carpets. He did not completely get behind the sofa as I found some cat toys still there when I moved the couch. He was on time, courteous but appeared to be in a hurry, I guess for the price I can't complain, but you get what you pay for, folks!

Generally the service was done very well. They did miss a few spots but returned promptly when we called.

We took the $99 special and then added stairs. They showed up early and did a very good job. Carpet was clean, even and refreshed.

We took advantage of an online offer of 3 rooms for $99. Carpets all look and smell better! They removed stains on some white carpet (why does anyone install white carpet??) that were there when we moved in. We should have done this sooner. There was only one slight annoyance. The guy showed up about 1.5 hours early, without calling first, asking if he could start early. We weren't ready yet and told him to come back in half an hour. The timing was quite inconvenient and we should have just told him to come back at the scheduled time. But this is a minor detail; otherwise the service was excellent.

I think the service turned out okay; it was a while ago. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they came soon after that. They did a good job. I was not here when they did it.
