Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets in the living room, dining room, staircase, and upstairs passageway. They were polite, courteous, and did an extremely professional job for relatively little money. I had assumed that no one could remove the permanent food stains in my carpet in the living room. But they made it absolutely spotless. Maybe that's why they're called On the Spot!

Description of Work: For the first scheduled appointment they never showed up or called to reschedule. After 3 weeks of calling them I finally got another appointment scheduled. After they cleaned the carpet and couches I pointed out various dirty spots and they assured me that they would disappear when everything dried. Well it didn't. I have been trying to contact them for the past two months to get this resolved, but they never return my calls. I will NEVER use them again.

Description of Work: I had carpets professionally cleaned by On the Spot in three rooms. The carpets in two rooms looked brand new afterward, and the third room looked good and was visibly much cleaner, but some old stains were still noticeable (but definitely lighter). I would recommend this company due to their professionalism and great service.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets -beautifully. In preparing to work they discovered that there had been a water leak in my basement. They extracted the water and offered advice for further drying and mildew-prevention.

Description of Work: The gentlemen that came out to do the floors was extremely professional. The carpets initially looked fantastic but after a couple of days it looks as though old stains surfaced. It may just be time to replace the flooring. | |

Description of Work: They very quickly and thoroughly cleaned the requested carpet areas - moving furniture items where necessary. We're very satisfied.

Description of Work: They shampooed (cleaned) 4 rooms and the stairway. They did an excellent job, fast and efficient. Would definitely use them again.
