I went to Lone Wolf because I needed a new computer and I preferred to get the Windows 7 operating system rather than Windows 8. The computer he built for me was exactly what I asked for, was delivered within the time promised and was comparably priced to a Best Buy or similar store. He was very honest about the price of components (e.g., monitor, mouse, keyboard, microphones etc.) and told me I would be better off purchasing these items at a Best Buy or Staples, which I proceeded to do. When I cam to pick up the computer, I asked him to show me where to plug in the components. I mentioned that I had a modem and a router but did not have an extra cable to plug them into the computer. He then gave me a cable at no extra charge. When I got home I had no problem attaching all the components and everything started up properly and has been operating smoothly ever since. I would happily use Lone Wolf again for another computer or for any repairs that might become necessary in the future. My only advice is that if you want him to build you a computer you need to know what you want. Do not expect him to make your decisions for you. If you feel you are a computer novice, take along a friend or family member who is familiar with computers and can give you advice and help with the setup.

They were very satisfactory. They did exactly and it is working well.

Lone Wolf said that the repair cost was not worth it for a 6 year old computer. There was no charge for the diagnosis.

This company was recommended by everyone I spoke with at work. Apparently my computer was riddled with viruses. I had been running it "naked" for some time, viz., without virus protection, like a fool. Everything is fine now, and it works like new. Repair took about a week, but I guess that's about par, or better, for this type of service.

The job took two days as they had to order the 160GB drive. That they were able to recover all the data from the failed disk and restore the desktop was a true life saver!
