 + -1 moreThe work he did was fine but he was very uncomfortable to be around. I felt he overcharged us well. He insisted in parking his trailer in our front lawn. I had asked him not to do this and it ruined our front lawn. He also insisted on using oil based paint which ended up causing mold to grow on the outside of the house. He also damaged some landscaping stones that we have around the house. He charges by the hour and did seem to spend a lot of time on his cell phone which I felt added to being overcharged. He did do a good job washing the mold off of the side of the house before he applied the primer. He took the build-up of the paint down to the bare wood as I had requested. He did do a very good job with this. In the end, we have to have part of the exterior re-painted because of the mold that had grown on the paint.
Description of Work: We used him for exterior painting services. He painted two sides of our home.
