The service on my boiler went flawlessly. I purchased my gold seal contract for service without any pressure from the service tech. She did a great job….well trained, knowledgeable and very qualified. I am very pleased. I live on Honeoye Lake and the service was timely without issues

maybe i consider i might might consider getting a new furnace for about $ 6,500 rather than spending $ 2,700 on my 19 year old furnace and that is what i am considering now. i will definitely have Isaac to do the work. i never bother doing surveys. i am so impressed , i just had to do the survey. My experience with Issac was fantastic. From the review with the project mgr to the completed work by my technician.. work was efficiently completed and the job was explained in total afterward. The technician worked in a very difficult location and performed his skills without complaint and even worked thru his lunch time. I have used Issac many times previously and each experience was better than the previous one. This was this technician second visit to my home, each for different installs... Excellent job well done!

Isaac heating and a.c was called in a situation where my boiler was shutdown, I was in Fla and my neighbors handled the service call. The technician, Derek did a great job analyzing the problem, getting heat back on in the home and isolating the problem for a repair at a later date ( because I was out of town.) The job was completed efficiently and knowledgeably without issues. My satisfaction level is behind the highest level. The Isaac technician, was great with me thcustomer and my designated person on site.....I use Isaac exclusively because of their reliability, technical capability and customer satisfaction.....thank you Derek.....great job today.

Installation went very well. The equipment required an additional part for installation which was immediately communicated to the Issac project mgr......the project awaits final completion this week. I was not required to pay the final bill until project completion and quality review with project mgr. I have had Issac perform work on my boiler system with great satisfaction as well. They also properly sized a new natural gas line when another installer made an improper design install.

Tom Taylor, our technician did a thorough job. He took his time and cared about the quality of his work & service. We will request Tim every time for future maintenance service.

Our technician was Matt Fritz. I can't say enough positive about him. Very personal and professional. He called ahead to confirm our appointment and was punctual. He took time to let us know what he was doing, answer our questions, and answer questions we didn't know to ask. We have renewed our service contract again. Matthew [Last name removed] was the technician sent by Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning. He called in advance, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. I have been as Isaac customer for 18 years. They installed and service my furnace, central conditioner and stand-by generator. The technicians are professional and highly trained in the installation and repair of these machines. I have recommended Isaac many times. This is a highly reputable customer and the technicians are the best.

Could not have been easier. I called to report water leaking from the pressure/water overflow valve and was scheduled for a technician to come out. He called a half hour before he arrived, arrived at the front-end of the three-hour window, took a look at the whole hot water system (not just the valve), ran a pressure test and determined it was likely hard water/mineral build-up. A new valve was ordered, we talked about the boiler system for our baseboard heating and the joys of owning an old home and he got back on the road. And there was no charge because we were still under the one year warranty. Good stuff.

Wonderfully! Would refer Isaac Heating anytime. They were also there to service my rental property on a cold Saturday night in November 2014. Did wonderful work then as well.

Great. Although there was a tremendous demand for services , Isaac had mobilized their workforce. They had high demand but were reassuring and scheduled service forsaturday night. The schedulers were courteous and a manager also checked in and provided support in the afternoon. Matt [Last Name Remove] called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and promptly showed up. He fixed the problem and explained what was causing it. We are Gold Seal customers so there was no charge. Although we have always enjoyed great service from Isaac’s, I thought their caring, professionalism and service - at all levels - in these subzero conditions went beyond expectations.

It was thorough, educational and provided peace of mind.

I have a contract with them, and I have never had any issues with them. Responsiveness is definitely an A. I would use them again, I have a contract so I have no choice right now.
