CERTIFIED APPLIANCE SERVICE

I called Certified Appliance to see about a service call to repair my 12-year old electric range. The service person pointed out that if would cost around $300 to repair the problem I described and that given the age of the appliance, and the nature of the current problem, more problems could be expected in the near future. She then suggested I might well be better off by buying a new range given that this was the time of sales at appliance and big box stores. Imagine - a repair place recommending the customer not get repairs but get a new appliance from another merchant. WOW!

He was very knowledgable and charged us a fair price. He was very fast and efficient and it only took him 30 minutes.

They removed a twenty year old SubZero refrigerator, disconnecting it from a water supply for the ice maker and carrying away and disposing of the refrigerator. Built-in refrigerators are large, heavy and difficult to remove compared to a typical refrigerator. When you buy a refrigerator that includes removal of the old unit, built-in refrigerators like SubZero are usually excluded. Certified Appliance arrived on time and quickly and carefully removed and carried away the old refrigerator. They were careful not to damage the floor or anything else in the kitchen.

They were located conveniently and they were able to come. He did what he could and they called to make sure that everything was fine afterwards. I was happy with them.
