A&F Construction

I have used Eric (A & F Construction) for many years and covering many different projects. These have included roofing, siding, gutters, storm doors, window replacements, trim and the like outdoors, and small electrical and plumbing projects, sheetrocking, flooring, and general renovations indoors. As with this project, he is always reasonably priced, honest, very capable, fast (once he gets free to start the job!), and VERY finicky about the quality of the finished project. More importantly, he always makes certain to understand what I want out of the project, and this sometimes involves unusual or custom installations (such as sealing the gaps in the decking for this project, modifying the handrails to fit existing construction, and cutting full-length columns in half to match what was there in the past). I wish I could include pictures to show how good the porch looks! Will I hire A& F again? In a heartbeat if Eric will have me!

I had an old bathroom that was not functional in anyway and Eric and Chris were able to make my dream come true. The original configuration was awkward, broken up and not functional for a family at all. Demo revealed a nightmare for the remodel, but Eric and Chris were able to put it back together perfectly and gave me a bathroom that looks like it belongs to my old house. All of the floor joists were fixed, the plumbing moved and replaced as well as the electric for modern and updated fixtures. The bathroom is now the spacious, family friendly and beautiful room it needed to be when other contractors told me it could not be done. Their perfectionism and professionalism transformed the worst bathroom into the best.

These guys are great! Efficient, good quality work, very polite and professional. I'll be hiring these guys for any and all future projects!

very good - Eric was on time and charged for the work as agreed. Actually did some extra work that was not part of the original agreement. Would (and will) hire Eric again!

Eric and his son were great. We just had a small job, but he was able to squeeze us in between his larger jobs. They were early (not too early) and pleasant to work with. They even did extra work for us and didn't charge us for it! We definitely recommend A&F Construction.
