Greg responded quickly to my Angie's List request for a quote. He listened to what we wanted in our kitchen rather than try to do "what everyone does". He took our ideas and desires and made suggestions on how to accomplish it in our space and budget. When Greg called the next day with his quote I was surprised at how much lower it was than the others I had gotten. So low that I was certain we had miscommunicated and something was not in the quote. I had multiple conversations with Greg to make sure that we were on the same page and to be sure that he knew what he was doing. *spoiler alert* He does. Once all of our materials were in Greg got back to me with a start date, sooner than he originally indicated. Greg and his son were very professional, polite, respectful of my family, home and dogs. The work progressed much faster than I anticipated. Once the counter top template was made (another company provided and installed the counter top) Greg set up a temporary sink and put our old counter top back on the new cabinets to give us as much functionality in the kitchen as possible while we waited for the counter top to be made. I never got the impression he was put out by the trips to install the temp counter and sink, remove them then back again to install the faucet. We had a few delays due to appliance shipping and needing to exchange a cabinet for a larger one. Greg handled these delays without any issues and stayed true to his estimate. My wife says "He worked quickly, was thorough and was willing to work with us on minor changes." She loves the new kitchen. Greg's work is excellent and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone including my Mom. His reasonable price and helpful suggestions enabled us to get the most out of our kitchen remodel including better cabinetry and counter top that we had planned on.

Excellent work. The guys showed up on time and when they said they would. Their work was quick, efficient, and friendly. My vanity and top were actually not even delivered until a few weeks after the job was started (ordered it myself, so I kinda dropped the ball on that one), but the guys were very accommodating with the situation and came back to finish the job without fuss. Bathroom looks great! Would hire again in a heartbeat.

We had gotten 7 other quotes for the same job and found Greg to be the most reasonable. We also asked him if he minded if we did the demolition of the bathroom to save ourselves money. He rewrote the quote to reflect the price difference and, instead of attempting to talk us out of it as other contractors did, walked us through what the demo would involve. He did advise that we not attempt to rip out the tub ourselves and we gladly heeded that advice. He provided a written contract that very clearly spelled out what had to be done and the start date. One week prior to the start date he called to make sure we were still ready for him to begin the following week. He and his son showed up promptly every day and both were very nice to our children and very respectful of the timeline (wife expecting a baby one month after they began work on the bathroom). In addition, they left the area very clean each afternoon before they left. Though the work took a day longer than they anticipated because of the rotting sub floor that needed replacement, Greg and his son did not charge more than the original quote. We have already asked Greg to provide us with a quote for work we'd like done in the spring.

Greg gave us a very thorough estimate for a kitchen countertop replacement. He carefully reviewed options with us, answering our many questions and completed all work to our satisfaction.

Drop ceiling needed to be ripped out and installation of dry wall to replace it. The floor was very, very old. Old sinks, counter tops and cabinets needed to be removed (all very old, house was built in 1911, probably not updated since 1950s). It went well, as did the last kitchen that Greg and his son did for me. They are extremely conscientious and I would recommend them highly. This is a 5-star contractor! I cannot say enough, the job is absolutely beautiful, it is my favorite room in the house!

The work turned out to be excellent. I have used him in the past for quite a few things. He is extremely reliable and professional and does very good work. He and his son work together, and they are always on time and finish on time. Their estimates are fairly reasonable, and they come well within their estimates. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I am getting my kitchen remodeled sometime soon and will probably call Greg.

Greg arrived each day on time and as scheduled. He was flexible and gave us a few days to paint the kitchen (after the demolition was complete) before he started installing the cabinets as we requested. Everything was completed on time or ahead of schedule. He was available any time we called with questions or wanted to make a plan for the coming days. The kitchen came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

Greg and his son do great work. They are very reliable and trustworthy. A friend recommended them to us about two years ago and they've been to our house about three times since. We leave the keys with them and feel very comfortable. They pick up after themselves. Greg always gives us a fair price and has even charged us less when the job turned out easier than he expected.
