 + -1 moreOn schedule and on budget! They even removed all the insulation from the old unit and hauled the entire mess away. The other bidders required me to remove the insulation prior to their coming out. They quoted the proper BTU furnace whereas others under estimated and over estimated my needs despite being given the same BTU loss requirements. The same brand was recommended by ALL bidders so it was pretty much an apples to apples decision.
Description of Work: Replacement (and removal) of 60 year old oil fired hot water boiler. All new circulators, valves, electrics and expansion tank. They even raised the unit up off the floor for easier service. Cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly during the two day process.
