Description of Work: On top of the recent hurricaine, we had an unrelated flood in our basement that started 2 weeks prior. We had another company, called without any reference, come out and snake our basement drain.; After spending $250 with another excavating company we got nowhere. We were told to call back so they could return with a camera to look further into where the water was coming from. If the snake cost $250 we couldn't imagine what the camera would cost but knew they were expecting they would need to break concrete or at least the drain to get it in. Bill Jacob was recommended to me by someone I happened to meet in the interim. I called Bill Jacob on 10/30, the day after the storm.&n; He called me back that day. He was at my house the next day, pinpointed where he thought the problem stemmed from. He was back the next morning with a backhoe. Bill found our drainpipe, without having to dig up our entire yard, and pulled about 20 feet of tree roots out. Problem solved and at a very reasonable price!
