+ -1 moreThat first winter, ice was forming inside the door. Contacted Home Depot with pictures and a contractor was sent out in February to correct the problem. Caulking was placed under the door sill - mind you this is in winter. Second winter the same issue arose of ice formation. I contacted Home Depot on several occassions. I went from 2 assistant managers, installation manager and finally to the head manager. I was not afforded the courtesy of a phone call until 2 months after the initial contact on July 2015. I was told that I should have followed protocal - had 3 estimates -prior to having the door removed and reinstalled by my own ethical and competent contractor.Just received notification from Sedgewick Insurance that they were denying the claim - statue had run out. I would not recommend purchasing and having any product installed by Home Depot. They are not honest and do not stand behind their "installation you can trust."
Description of Work: Purchased an Anderson patio door and had a Home Depot installer.

Description of Work: I went to Home Depot in December for the glass shower door, shower head and the plumbing tile and grout.

Description of Work: Home depot carpeted our family room and provided new padding. Since this is a concrete floor the recommened a vapor barrier padding and I think this was a good suggestion.

Description of Work: The Home Depot put some new carpeting in for us. They put the carpet in our family room and took the old stuff out.
