I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service of the technicians. They were right on time and performed the furnace tune up in good time. The receptionist was also super friendly and helpful.

It was a 2-day job. Efficiently done. Installers really were knowledgeable.

Fast and pleasant to deal with. I am not sure of the value of the deal, never having any old septic tanks filled in, but we were happy with the price for the job. We were quoted 700-800 and it came to 756.00. Feel like we got a fair deal for both us and them. They arrived on time and were done in about 2 hours. They cleaned up after the project and took the debris from the well when they left.

Installation went well. There was a slight problem with the unit where it was tripping the breaker but the workers figured out what was causing it and corrected it.

This company is great. The owner came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed work that day. They sold me a Coleman system, which is made in the United States. It works perfectly.

He suggested if this does not do it we should consider a dye injection to find any leaks and gave us a reasonable price. He asked if we wanted it today but we declined .He was helpful to remind us of our Lennox Warranty info which we appreciated. It has been almost a month later now and our air is working right.

When our 25-year old furnace died in February (the heat exchanger cracked) I got estimates from five contractors in the area who had good reviews on Angie's List. Each visited the house and gave an estimate to replace both the furnace and central air conditioner. (Fortunately we have a gas fireplace stove, so we could take our time.) Dan from Murray's Heating thoroughly explained his recommendations for both a very efficient Armstrong furnace and AC unit and offered the best overall price. I did some research online and found that the Armstrong furnace and AC had great ratings (the company is related to Lennox). Dan happily returned for a second visit after I had met with the other contractors so that he could further clarify the equipment and installation. His estimate also included the installation of a chimney liner, which some of the other contractors did not suggest or would add an additional cost. Two installers arrived as scheduled early the next week and removed the old furnace, which was a real challenge. They were very neat and tidy, laying down a cover on the floor upstairs so that they did not track dirt or snow around the house. They worked steadily all day and into the evening, as the installation was complicated by the need to modify the duct work and to install an additional air return. Their work was outstanding and they explained what they were doing throughout the day. After they replaced the thermostat, they fired up the furnace and it worked perfectly. Our house was warm and toasty the rest of the winter. The furnace with installation cost a little over $3000 after the National Grid rebate and the Angie's list coupon for new customers, a price that was better than any of the other contractors quoted. A few weeks ago I called to schedule the installation of the central air conditioner. Yesterday morning two different installers arrived and worked steadily throughout the day removing the old unit and hooking up the new one. They also explained everything they were doing and did an excellent job running the lines and hooking up the new unit. Because we agreed to purchase both the furnace and the AC, the coil was installed with the furnace back in February, which really made the whole thing very fast and efficient. Although it was not hot at the end of the day when they turned on the AC to test it, I was really pleased when the new central air conditioner cooled the house down very quickly and quietly. We'll be ready for the next heat wave. The cost of the new AC unit was $2300, again beating the price quotes from other contractors. I also inquired about the cost of annual service calls, as it will be important to maintain the new equipment, and Murray's costs are comparable to the quotes I received from other contractors. They also said that they can service both the furnace and AC unit at the same time, which will save some money. I really must say that everyone from Murray's Heating was extremely professional, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. They make customer satisfaction a priority. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Total work took one full day from 9am-6pm. Two workers came in and were professional and did not rush the job. They paid attention to detail and made sure things looked good as well as were functional. We had old piping that wasn't put together very nicely so even though they could have connected into that they instead ran new pipes and insulated some other ones that were already there. When calling to schedule an appointment the receptionist is always helpful and friendly. We are kept up to date with any changes to schedule based on weather or other issues. The cost of hiring this company is worth it in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

I reside in Louisville but was in town visiting my elderly mother. Her furnace (which was at least 25 years old) died on a Saturday morning in February. As luck would have it we were having a large family gathering at her home that day. I called Murray's Heating on the advice of her neighbor and could not have been more pleased with their service. Issa and Jake came within one hour of my phone call, replaced the furnace as quickly as possible and were incredibly clean and kind. They even helped us move a table for the party! I was blown away with their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone, anytime.acu

Very well. I have used Murrays for years. I have them check the furnace and one year I had them install an automatic, programmable thermostat. They are very reliable. I trust them. If I ever had an emergency, I know they would try to help me right away.

the two guys who showed up were very professional and informative with the questions I asked. they left the area cleaner than when they started. they were very busy so plan ahead for scheduling.

Very good experience, replaced a very old hot water heater. Professional, did a great job, added hangers to some of the existing pipes, cleaned up. Now we have plenty of hot water!

My fiance and I came home from a weekend away to no heat. We called Murray's and an answering service picked up right away. We explained our problem and they told us they would contact a tech who would be in touch. We called back an hour a half later to check on the status, we found out they took down our number wrong. Once they had a correct number someone called us within 15 minutes and told us they would be there after their next service call was finished. They showed up about a hour-2 hours later. They ended up cleaning out our entire furnance and surrounding ducts and fixed the problem. The tech was very personable and knowledgable. We had this happen to us once before and the person that we hired last time spent half the time investigating the problem and half the time talking to us about ways to prevent this from happening again. We would definitely use their services again- the time issues were not entirely in their contorl.

The furnace repairman met me at the house at the agreed time looked at the furnace and gave me a quote to repair. He had the part with him and replaced the furnace motor that day. Great service.

It went very well! I called at approximately 10:30am and the lady I spoke with advised they would be able to come out early afternoon and she would call first. She called me back about 12:30pm and said the tech was on his way. He arrived and was able to fix the problem very quickly, without any parts!

They came to my house and said they would e-mail me a estimate but never did.

Everything turned out fine and the service went smoothly. They showed up on time and they did what they said they were going to do.

They were able to get out to us that day, the price was extremely reasonable, especially given that it was an emergency, and the people were a pleasure to deal with. They have a customer for life.

My fiancee and I walked into our house at around 8:30 PM on Sunday night, and noticed that it was about 55, although we had the thermostat set at 65. I ended up calling at around 9-9:30. I spoke with their answering service and, after gathering a few details they said they would forward it to a technician and I would be contacted soon. After about 15 or so minutes, Mike (the tech) contacted me and walked me thorough some basic steps. During this, we found the issue and resolved the problem, and I didn't have to get an actual, physical service call. Mike was great to have on the other end. I will definitely be sure to schedule my next HVAC job (most likely a cleaning) with these guys. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends
