Two servicemen arrived on time.Cleanly Dressed. Courteous . Went direct to the problem and they left to obtain the repair part and had the unit repaired and running within 2 hours. This organization has installed my heating and air conditioning units in addition to service in excess of 10 years. They have always rendered superior service, especially in cases of emergency at reasonable prices..

Conner and Brendan did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions. They worked on this project for 2 days. Upon completion, they removed ALL of the old units and related equipment. They did a complete clean up of the the work area, inside and out. I am very pleased with the job. I would highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC work. I give them a 5+ star or excellent rating overall.

Jake arrived on time to troubleshoot the 13 year old water heater in our basement. He isolated the problem to the gas valve and reviewed options for replacing the valve vs. replacing the entire unit.

Scheduled an appointment, received a reminder call, however waited 1 hour 45 minutes before calling the company. They didn't not show up, nor did they call to tell me they could not make the appointment or attempt to reschedule.

When he found a damaged circuit board, another colleague from the Murrays Heating company brought the replacement circuit board so that the repair could be performed curing the visit. Very personalized attention. Thank you. The whole service was more extensive and expensive than expected, but it had to be done.

Jake did a great job. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Pete, the technician, was actually a few minutes early for the appointment. He checked our gas boiler over thoroughly. He found and corrected a safety issue ( the roll out switch was not hooked up) and in response to our complaint that one heating run gurgled he purged it for air. He also checked the pressure on the gas valve. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and customer oriented personality. This is just the latest in a series of good experiences with Murray. I would highly recommend.

It went very well. As indicated, he was more that prompt in arriving, and the work he did was very professional.

Fantastic. Everyone was on time for every appointment and workday. The workers and owner were all considerate, friendly, efficient, tidy--you name it. The system they installed is first rate; we haven't had occasion to use the heat yet, but the AC works beautifully. They cleaned up completely when they were done, and were so nice that even our skittish cats had bonded with them. Enthusiastically recommended.

While we had to wait about a month for our scheduled time (and due to an office mix-up they tried to push back our appointment another six weeks until we told them no we already had our scheduled time and we were not willing to change it), we would do not regret choosing this company. Out of three quotes, they had the best price and even offered a military discount. They were extremely professional and very kind to my two year old son and eight year old dog. They worked with us to put the vents in the right place so that they would not be an eye sore and came back a second and third time in order to ensure that everything was installed correctly. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

It was fine. They came when they were scheduled as far as I remember. They were great. We've used them before. It was reasonable.

A family member wrote this review: I explained I had the air conditioner serviced the previous year by another company (read my review of Falso--and why I feel ripped off) and how that serviceman had filled it with refrigerant but the air conditioner had not worked after a few days when it was turned on and I knew it had a leak and needed more refrigerant. The receptionist explained that it must be a big leak to have not worked after only a couple of days and said it might not be feasible to fix it. I decided it was worthwhile to pay the service charge ($85) to have it looked at. The serviceman looked at the furnaces and then the air conditioners (2 separate units for 2 apartments) and determined they were in good shape. He had the tenant turn on the air conditioner for the 2nd apartment, which was running but not working. The serviceman came back to the furnaces and immediately said their...something I didn't catch...were attached to the wrong furnace and would need to be switched. I must have looked skeptical--I WAS skeptical--because he had me feel the air conditioning coil on the other furnace--ice cold-- and then the coil on the furnace for the 2nd apartment--room temperature. Meanwhile I could hear the fan running on the 2nd apartment furnace. He basically explained how an air conditioner works and why these 2 weren't and how he would need to switch the wires on the air conditioners....while working on them. Excellent service from a very hard working, patient, articulate, competent serviceman. Thanks, Pete.

Excellent. I contacted Murray's regarding my leaking hot water heater and service techs arrived within a matter of a few hours. The techs were courteous, extremely knowledgeable quick to resolve my problem. They were net, cleaned up any mess and removed old heater. I am impressed with their customer service, quality of work and competitive prices I had Murray"s install a high efficiency furnace 2 years ago and a new central air unit last year. I recommend Murray"s to all my friends and neighbors. I will always use Murray"s for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Murray worker was on time, told me everything he was doing. He needed the hose, which wasn't outside yet ,so he got the hose from the basement and hooked it up. I was glad I didn't have to do that. He advised me not to cover the AC unit for the winter since it might cause premature rusting if the weather warmed up in the winter and caused condensation to form under the cover. The call took about an hour. I was happy,as always, with the way Murray's workers operate. I have used Murray's since around 2007. They always do a good job.

Joe showed up at our home within 20 minutes, was out in less than an hour. He was neat, professional, cheerful (particularly for showing up on a Sunday) and brought lots of smiles after he successfully resolved out problem. Joe is an asset to Murray's. We will be calling them back for an overhaul of our entire HVAC system. Murray's is a great find.

Waking up on the coldest day of the winter (-10) with the furnace not working is a panic situation. Called Murray's Heating (first time customer) and they quickly got me in the line up for the day's "no heat" service calls. Of course, that's after they first made sure I had some form of back up heat and wasn't in an emergency situation. They called back shortly to inquire further about furnace details and to make sure that the air intake wasn't blocked. I'd been clearing snow off the roof the day before, so immediately thought that could be it. Trudged through the snow outside and sure enough, it was blocked. Cleared it out, and the furnace started right back up. Total cost: $0. Expert advice from Murray's Heating: priceless.

From the beginning of our contact with Murray's to the end of the installation was a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about the employees. Dan Murray, the owner, came out and gave us a quote on installing a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump to supplement our existing propane heat system. The quote was reasonable and the installation was scheduled a couple of weeks after we accepted the bid. Three installers came out (on time) and immediately got to work. Joe, one of the senior technicians was amazing. He worked very h****** a very cold wintery day with two other guys (Brandon and Connor) and froze their butts off. But that didn't deter them a bit. They worked non-stop. I don't think they even stopped to have lunch. Joe was very friendly and patient with all of our questions. He explained everything in great detail so we knew exactly what to expect. They did a great job and everything looks and runs great. We also want to give a shout out for the two girls in the office (Suzanne and Laura-Lee) who are super nice and very efficient. It was pure pleasure working with everyone we had contact with. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

I can always count on Murray's when it comes to any heating related need. They thoroughly checked out the situation and then went to work installating the new thermostat on a different wall. They were polite, professional and fast. I even received an apology that they couldn't come out to do the job on Mon. or Tuesday because they were booked solid.They were finished with the job in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up ater themselves and even put some plastic down on a piece of furniture under where they were drilling so that nothing got on the sofa table. I couldn't be happier!!

Very happy with the service. Their employee was professional and efficient. He even asked about my A/C unit which reminded me to schedule an appointment for that early next year.
