Overall we have used Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC on three separate occasions. In each instance they have preformed the work promptly and efficiently, with fair pricing.
Description of Work: We chose Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC to install central air in our home. They were recommend to us by our son, who was very pleased when Murray's did his central air. The office staff is helpful, informative and pleasant. The professionals who came to our home were prompt, courteous and efficient. The installers left the work area clean and took the time to explain their work. We were more than pleased with all aspects of this company and recommended them to our daughter. She also hired Murray's to install her new furnace and central air. When we had an unrelated problem with our furnace, we called Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning. Once again they were both prompt and efficient. People should feel confident about choosing Murray's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Mike was on time, actually earlier than he stated. He cleaned the furnace part, and the furnace has been working ever since. He was professional and reinforced the need to get it cleaned as the furnace is 40 plus years old and parts are not available. He was great!!
Description of Work: My furnace was not firing up. Essentially, needs a good cleaning, but Mike got it working. I appreciate his honesty and of course ability to get my furnace running.

The workers were professional and prompt. They worked steadily when they were here. When they finished it wasn't a good time to check furnace operation and heat distribution (part of the price) so they came back twice in January to make that right. Overall we are very pleased.

The sales person was very nice and quite knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Their price was competitive with 2 others we had received estimates from. We however did not go with this company because they do not do duct cleaning. The company we went with (Charles One Hour) gave us a discount on the duct cleaning and will be replacing a couple of ducts at no charge whitle they do the installation.
Description of Work: Had them come and give an estimate for a new furnace, air conditioner, humdifier and duc t cleaning.

They quoted me on both heating and air conditioning in a new 1100 sq ft addition. The person who quoted the job oversaw installation and final inspection and turn on. Dan the owner came and did a progress check. Their work was so good I had them put air conditioning in my parents old farm house.They do excellent work for the price quoted.

I have been very pleased with their work. They are very professional and they did what they were supposed to do. They also were the ones who did the initial installation of my air conditioner and I haven't had any problems since the work was done.
Description of Work: We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them to do a routine inspection on our heating and air conditioning system which accommodates our 1100 square foot home. They check all of the filters and make sure that the systems are up and running. I really can't remember the price we pay but it is fairly reasonable.
