When we do disappoint someone and they let us know, we fix it and do everything in our power to acknowledge the problem and resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.

Description of Work: It was the second of a 2part visit. They extended the heat in the family room in the basement. I have a boiler system(hot water heat). They did the extension plus. I would definitely have them again.

Description of Work: Annual furnace boiler cleaning. Tech's arrived on time and performed the work within an hour. Also asked about an estimate for furnace replacement. They inspected my existing boiler system and got me a written estimate with 7 days. Did the same with two other companies and they were very slow getting back to me. Took 10 to 20 days. Mostly because it was the start of the heating year and understandably they didn't have the time. Decided to wait until the next summer before making changes. Murray's was the lowest price but I am more interested in getting a product that will last even if it cost alittle more. Not sure if I will go with Murray but a good chance. Charles heating and Falso (now call Service Experts) are crooks. Believe me.
