 + -1 moreWell I came home from work on the day it was supposed to be cut and it hadn't been cut so I called and left a message a little worried maybe I wasn't going to get my lawn cut. Jim called me back very quickly. He was surprised the lawn hadn't been cut because he told his guys to do it. Turns out they accidentally went to the wrong house and cut their lawn because he heard the house number wrong when I first called him. When Jim realized what happened he immediately told me they would be over tomorrow to take care of my lawn, that was on Saturday. They showed up exactly as scheduled and did a fantastic job, and the lawn was pretty long. It was cut very neatly and trimming was excellent as well. Very professional job. Jim's customer service is first rate. I called him from a cell phone so the fact he heard the house number wrong was most surely because of my cell phone and not any mistake he made. He was very courteous and diligent. My lawn has only been cut once and I'm already sure he's my lawn guy from now on. I highly recommend him. Price was very reasonable. Can't complain about anything.
Description of Work: I hired Jim's Lawncare to do weekly lawn mowing on short notice a week ago. He put me on the list for next week and was very responsive on the telephone.

 + -1 moreOnce the contract was decided upon Jim and his crew followed it to the letter. There was always open communication and service of excellent quality. The truck and trailer would pull up out front and in a short period of time we had a well manicured lawn and yard all provided by Jim's Lawncare.
Description of Work: Jim Devereaux owner of Jim's Lawncare and his crew have taken care of our lawn and yard for the past 5 years. I have found them to provide excellent service mowing, trimming and clean up. They are friendly, prompt and courteous. Jim provides the service of shrub trimming and on more than one ocassion has turned over grown landscape into beautifully shaped shrubs.It is a pleasure to do business with him.
